It'll have been 2 years since XIII when XIII-2 comes out. That's actually a fair amount of time. It's about how long XIII took if you take away all the time when they were sat on their arses doing nothing lol.

If it's a Winter '11 release for Japan, localization probably won't happen til March '12, I think. Although, who knows, it could be a global release.

Heh, I knew it was coming x3, sooner or later =P

Though, I didn't expect that atmosphere and scenery of a trailer, it felt weird seeing Lightning in a medieval like surrounding. Anyways, I quite liked it and I think Lightning looks <3 in armor. I also love the Pink-ish, red and purple theme, though as cool as the Male character looks, he vaguely reminded me of Kain Highwind O,O

It's not Winter 11 for Japan, its just 2011. UK/US release is next Winter.

Basically any time up until December 31st 2011 for Japan, and January or February 2012 for the West.

Although isn't Japan's winter officially last a little longer? In which case your March 2012 guess would be fair. Either way, only a year to wait; and we've got Duodecim and Type-o to enjoy in the mean time.

I dig Lightning's new look, and to me, she looks like a fantasy pornstar(before clothes gets ripped off xD). I'm loving Lightning's new look. :3 And I'm sincerely hopeful to see some more Lightning/Fang stuff in this game. >:3

Really hope we can explore in this game more than in FF13 though... ^_^ That'd be a huge improvement.

Anyway, it makes me wonder how exactly are they going to do the battle system. It will be an upgraded version of XIII's or something along the lines of Duodecim? And more importantly will Lightning be the only (Playable) character? Plus will any of the old ones return? I'm hoping that Serah will become playable since she wasn't in the first game. Also did they retain their L'cie powers at the end of XIII just wondering...
