First Post up. Pierce, in case you miss this, Murtogg needs to stay alive please. The other fifteen still alive are Doa's. Ignore the seven who suffocated, they had it easy compared to what Doa's probably going to do, hm?

Well well, hello there Wolfe. Long time, no Rp. I'm interested if you'll have me. Any roles need some "work" cause if not then I'll situate myself as a demon or a hunter? I hear more villain roles are needed but that would require a grandiose plan to which have not sparked my thoughts yet.

Spoiler ShowName: Sindile(Sin-deal) Vang(pronounced like Fang)
Age: 300
Species: Human/Cursed
Gender: Male
Faction: Hunters
Weapons: Sindile carries two twin daggers he made back when he was a simple hunter during the early 1700's. The twin blades are originally iron forged but have been recasted in steel and have been kept sharp for any situation.
He also has two small blades hidden on his person at all times in case of emergencies. All four blades have been blessed and infused with a strand of silver in the center.
Appearance: Sindile stands at around five foot eleven inches. He has dark brown hair that is parted to allow his eyes to stand out, that being the fact that he is blind. His eyes have a white film over them but were originally a greenish blue color. He wears very light clothing which consist of a dark green undershirt, a scarlet vest, a pair of black dress pants and a pair of black leather dress shoes.
He has two scars on his face, one being a horizontal scar across his eyes and the bridge of his nose. His second scar is a very small cut mark on his chin. He hides this scar however under a full goatee which is neatly kept.
Personality: Sindile is a very quiet man, as his long life has caused him to know the power behind words. He only ever speaks when the situation requires it. Besides not talking, Sindile has a very survivalist personality, trying to keep himself and anyone that he is involved with alive, whatever the cost. Because of this, most people would assume that Sindile is a very unkind man but this is untrue. Sindile cares a lot about people but has to keep himself and those important to him alive. He does his best to help others but only when they come to him.
Powers: Sindile is able to see a future event of a person’s life if he makes physical contact with them. These can be from getting sick at some point, to predicting how a person will die, though the latter aren’t very common. His visions come as a side effect from the power of the hundred souls maintaining Sindile’s life, which are also the reason why he is blind.
Sindile is also able to “see” from a third person perspective. He suspects this is also due to the hundred souls, though he is uncertain if its them or something the Demon did after he had fallen unconscious.
Bio: Sindile was an average hunter of both the supernatural and the normal animals during the early 1700’s. He had left England after an incident dealing with a member of the Royal Family and a Werewolf, and thus seeked passage to the New World. But the New World was expecting Sindile and the role he would play in it.
One day while hunting deer for his dinner, Sindile had stumbled upon a gathering of people in the middle of the New England forests. These people, to Sindile, looked very much like those of people in the nearest town miles away from his tiny cabin in the woods. Curious as to why they were here, Sindile decided to see what these people were doing.
His curiosity would lead him to his curse.
As he began to get closer to the group, he began to notice a voice speaking towards the front of the group. The closer he got to the group made the voice louder and the source easier to spot, that being a single man with pitch black eyes. The black eyed man stopped for a moment having taken notice of the newcomer and smiled. He then spoke a unknown word and caused the townspeople to grab Sindile. Not knowing that this man was a Demon, and the townsfolk were being controlled, Sindile fought back only to be overpowered by the sheer strength these people seemed to possessed.
After being brought to the Demon, Sindile was pushed onto his knees and held in place. The Demon then took what looked like an ancient knife and brought it to Sindile’s face, placing it in front of his eyes. The Demon then proceeded to cut across Sindile’s eyes slowly, which blinded him. While Sindile was screaming in pain, The Demon continued speaking in an ancient tongue and caused the townspeople to drop dead, their souls flying out of their mouths and towards the Demon and his knife. After all 100 souls had flown into the knife, the Demon stabbed Sindile in the heart.
The life of a Hunter was never easy and Sindile knew this, as well as the danger it would bring him, and thus accepted his inevitable death. But the Demon had no intentions on letting the hunter die and began to speak in English. The Demon told Sindile that he was now apart of the “Great Plan”, and that he was now unable to die with the hundred souls living within his heart, allowing him to live one hundred lifetimes until the plan was successful. Whether or not he went along with the plan or continued to fight was of no concern to him, for he had fulfilled his part of the plan. He had created what he called “The Seer”. Before falling unconscious, Sindile heard the Demon say a few words in the language he had spoken in earlier.
When Sindile awoke, he was surprised to be back in his cabin. His thoughts then began to drift to why he was able to recognize the interior of his cabin. He knew that he should of been blinded by the knife cutting across his eyes. He then started to notice that he was seeing not from his perspective but from a third person perspective. With this in mind, Sindile began to slowly adjust to his new way of life.
The next year was the hardest in his short life, readjusting to his new way of sight. He spent an entire year by himself dealing with this. After his year of isolation and training, Sindile went to a town a few miles past the nearest town, for supplies he had run out from conserving. There he encountered his unusual power of being able to see a person’s future, or at least a single event in a person's future. He discovered this when he brushed pass the hand of a young child who was walking with her parents. He had seen the the face of the girl covered in sweat and squirming as if in pain. Without thinking he let her parents know that they should prepare for their daughter to get extremely ill by buying medicine from the pharmacy. The parents were surprised and angry at Sindile telling them such nonsense. Sindile didn’t really understand what he had seen. The girl looked in good health and yet he saw her sick with fever. After a few moments he knew it had something to do with whatever the Demon had done to him, and accepted it.
Ever since then, Sindile has lived a life of solitude, moving to Arcadia to make a bit of money from his powers. But even his own intuitions are telling him that something is starting to stir.

I really got into this guy. If anything is a problem, let me know Wolfe and I'll try to explain it better and/or change it ;-;
Your face is docile!
Spoiler ShowName: John Winters
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Faction: Hunters
Appearance:
It’s difficult to pinpoint exactly what makes John stand out considering he looks perfectly normal, so perfectly human that you wouldn’t think twice when looking at him. There are only a few subtleties that can be spotted by the most perceptive of people. The way he holds himself indicates a sort of military decorum, his somewhat shifty gazes examining anything and everything speaks of a detective-like experience. Those amongst the other hundred subtleties make him stand out, otherwise you wouldn’t look at him twice. John is 6’0’’ and looks relatively average, handsome, sure, but he doesn’t exactly look like a demon-hunting exorcist.
His ink-black hair is cut short and clean on the sides and back but sticks up in a messy, lackadaisical manner like he just rolled out of bed after being attacked by a demon (which he probably did). He has a pale complexion as if he spent more time underground than seeing the sun. John’s eyes are perfectly green and world-weary in spite of his youth. His muscular build is hidden underneath his clothes and although he is a bit thin there is definitely evidence of his martial capabilities. He has several tattoos on his body of the religious and magical nature rather than aesthetics. On the right side of his chest he has an antipossession tattoo, it consists of a pentagram encased within a blazing sun. On the front of his forearms are black tattoos that features an angel’s wings when his arms are put together. Finally, on his back he has a small Biblical scripture written in Enochian meant to act as a ward against the supernatural.
John’s ensemble gives off the impression of a well-dressed man who works in an office and frequents crappy coffee places, not exactly demon-hunting style, in particular. He wears a neat black suit that was probably well-above his pay grade and considering he wears it consistently and the wear and tear apparent on it, it’s probably the only outfit he has. His necktie is loosened to the point of frivolous, his white shirt is wrinkled, his blazer is worn out and lost some of its color and his trench coat has seen better days. John looks like a business who got lost for 10 years in the middle of a warzone. His shoes and pants are, ironically enough, the only clean part of his outfit, nearly impeccable. The black trousers and accompanying loafers are surprisingly untouched, as if the souls of the damned enjoyed them so much they would rather not touch it.
Personality:
John is… difficult to get along with. He doesn’t play well with others and tends to seek solitude more than the company of others. It isn’t due to any social stiltedness or awkwardness, it is due to his horrible luck when it comes to relationships. His supernatural career creates this weird monster-magnet that tends to led demons and monsters and gods to slay his friends or people he barely knows. John refers to this as a “cosmic conspiracy to throw my ass in the shitter.” As a result, John is cynical, sarcastic, bitter and despondent. He’s quick to make a snarky comment, sometimes with little regard to others, even himself. Despite this negative personality, John is a true humanist, with high regards toward humanity and optimism for their future. After delving in the world of the supernatural, he sees humanity as a whole as a progressive and powerful race. John sees monsters and demons as monstrosities and his first instinct is to exorcise first, ask questions later.
John is brilliant, a genius at hunting and exorcising. He is skilled in the supernatural and knows nearly everything about every mythologies and every monster. John is a powerful exorcist, being able to perform spells and rituals with ease, being able to read and speak dead languages. He is fiercely loyal to humanity and his friends and perfectly antagonistic toward monsters, although he has been known to collaborate with some monsters, if the need should rise. John is also a career conman of the supernatural sort, you kinda have to be when you’re a perfectly regular human who’s made hundreds of demonic enemies. He’s known for getting out of sticky situations by smooth-talking, blackmailing, bluffing, and even with threats. His most famous con is fooling a particularly powerful, and ancient, Trickster god into extending his lifespan and cheating death. As a result he is much older than he appears, time has slowed down for him and has stunted his aging.
He is an incredibly determined individual, tricking gods and angels and demons of all sort to do his bidding for the sake of humanity… so he claims. Some people claim that the reason he is doing all of this daring-do is to secure his place in Heaven instead of Hell considering his long and painful past. John adamantly refutes this, insisting that he is doing this out of the goodness of his heart but his actions make indicate otherwise. He is brave, sure, but he is in no rush to die, explaining that he knows what happens after death and isn’t looking forward to it. Self-interested he isn’t the most self-sacrificing person (although he is very quick to bring up his past near-death experiences as evidence to the contrary) but who really knows. John is just man, maybe one day, if we let him, he’ll be a hero.
Weapons:
John carries a few magically enchanted weapons for use against the supernatural but considering his rather nomadic lifestyle, he has to ensure that the equipment he carries doesn’t weigh him down. Unfortunately for him, he has yet to find a storage device that is able to encapsulate items to a miniaturized, weightless modicum, he lost the Infinity Sphere ages ago.
Enchanted Gun:
John found a witch doctor a few years back and had him magically enchant this pistol that was created by pixies (it’s a long story but let’s just say you don’t want to blackmail woodland pixies without an escape plan, John spent a week as a squirrel). As a result, it is now capable of wounding powerful monsters and killing lesser ones. Surprisingly enough, it isn’t even the bullets that do it but the weapon itself (sure you can make magic bullets to kill the tougher monsters, but you know, keep it simple). It runs on standard ammunition, so it’s a bit cheap to maintain.
Vials of Holy Water:
Very simple, John carries palm-sized vials of holy water blessed by an elder priest. Holy water is a rather versatile tool against demons, and some monsters, it doesn’t kill but it sure as hell stings. The vials can also be used in some rituals like teleportations or summonings. Holy water is surprisingly easy to get by, you just need a basic Latin spell and some water, it’s easier, however, to get someone to bless it.
Celestial Bronze Knuckles:
It’s a bit funny how he came across these bronze knuckles, he encountered a demigod in New Greece and after a near-death experience, he managed to swipe her bronze knife. It was damaged beyond repair, so John melted it down and forged it into bronze knuckles, thankfully its divine nature wasn’t lost when he melted it so it packs quite a punch against monsters. However, this, of course, requires him to get up close and personal (not his type of game) it does a surprising high amount of damage against demons as well, something he found odd but never questioned.
John also carries various tools of survival like matches, ammo, rags, chalk, and a few handpocket biblical text from various religions.
Abilities:
As a normal human, he has no supernatural powers. He has, however, extended knowledge into several mythologies including rituals, spells, and other know-how tidbits that help him survive. He is considered the Monster Encyclopedia with his years of experience in the field.
Misc:
Due to his trickster nature, he has earned a reputation amongst the supernatural.
He has made several deals with demons and devils but has come out of it unscathed except one incident when a demon successfully possessed him (which inspired him to acquire his antipossession tattoo)
John boasts of having successfully tricked demons, monsters, gods and angels. He even claimed to have tricked Death himself but so far hasn’t produced any evidence of that instance.
Spoiler Show
Spoiler ShowNot really an ability, rather a trait. Claire has shown to have quite the sharp instincts at times, where upon she feels a strong urge and need to do seemingly illogical actions that tend to be in one way or another right at the end. This urge is usually strong and immediate, unintentionally flowing in her actions before she fully realizes what she is doing, or even before it forms into a coherent thought. Sometimes she can understand things without knowing a reasonable source of how she learned them, Sometimes she can feel things acutely before they happen without any logical reason or sequence to support them. However, often her strong gut sense is guided more by direction rather than knowledge, by feeling rather than thought. As thus, it remains vague and open yet an unquestionably strong mechanism of self preservation. That said, her aunt thinks that Claire might be a developing a rare Hunter's Sense but actual truth remains unknown.
Spoiler ShowClaire is a gifted marksman, endowed with an amazing eye sight and an unnatural talent in hitting her marks with scarring accuracy. Her eye-body coordination and reaction time is incredible enough that she can shoot incoming bullets, parry and deflect others with her own. Able to hit multiple moving targets with stealth preciseness even from an indirect view, Claire often uses the environment and conditions around her to make each bullet connect. Through training she is accustomed to using nearly any firearm to achieve the same accuracy, but her favorite of all is an Arrow and Bow. Surprisingly, she rarely wields them in battle. Claire doesn't view her ability as just a tool to kill rather, she holds a lot of passion and admiration for it, and often uses it to attain self discipline and control. Her aunt, an experienced marksman herself, commented that there is something inherently beautiful and deadly in how she shoots things, something outside the skills of marksmanship, in fact she thinks Claire makes marksmanship look more like a sublime art. She might not be the best one, but her skill is definitely exceptional for her age and experience, and with such a growing potential, one can tell that she might be unbeatable one day.
Spoiler ShowClaire possess the ability to regenerate her wounds and injuries at a much accelerated rate than normal for humans. Damaged tissues are recreated, broken bones are mended, wounded organs are regrown, severed limbs are reattached. Claire's impressive regenerative ability doesn't stop short from making her immunity system impervious to almost all sickness, disease and poison. Even endowing her with a decelerated aging process, often reverting her body to its peek healthy state. The ability by no means make her immortal, rather it makes her quite hard to kill. It doesn't prevent the sense of pain that accompanies the healing of the wounds nor does it hamper her body's exhaustion even though it lets her have an unusually high level of stamina compared to normal humans. The Rate of healing also depends on the severity of the wound, the deadlier the damage the more time she'd need for her body to heal, and given that she sustains enough lethal damage like a direct stab to the heart, her ability might not be fast enough to save her life.
Spoiler ShowThanks to her mother, Claire was born with quite the potent light that radiates out from her very soul adopting the form of an aura that continually surrounds her. All creatures and beings that were ever created or to be created posses one, and it is essentially how some of these beings make use of exceptional skills, abilities or powers by using this aura as a source or a conduit, as well as how others can get to read and view another soul's experiences and on goings. Their own personal mana per se. Due to Claire's angelic lineage, her aura is quite unique even for a Nephilim, possessing unusual qualities that make it stand out against the auras of other celestial beings by angelic standards. It is the reason why her aura could easily fool lower class angels that she might be one of their own kin.
Angel’s shroud: Claire's aura allows her to have more sharpened senses and spatial awareness to her surroundings, letting her perceive and sense things and their workings in greater detail and clarity without getting overwhelmed. It primarily makes her more spiritually sensitive to perceive things other humans wouldn't normally be able to detect with their senses like demonic presences, spirits, angels and other supernatural beings and phenomena.
Lingering Imprints: Radiance's most defining quality is its ability to project Claire's thoughts and emotions into other beings, object and places surrounding her. Her aura charged with a certain emotion or thought would seep out infecting other auras selectively with her emotions, affecting their properties or qualities to her liking. The effect at first is small, and gradual, almost making no difference, but due to its intense consistency, it quickly builds up till it becomes imprinted permanently into the other's aura. Once her aura starts imprinting a certain property on another, it acts like a beacon to other auras, continually drawing them to itself, almost as if it has shifted their gravitational pull to its core, leaving them little escape from its effects.
This was more of a passive quality at first that Claire discovered by chance when she had been continually visiting a certain place to calm herself, and discovered that whoever passed this same place instantly calmed down and relaxed to the point where they dropped down in deep sleep. Learning to control it was a long trial of faults and trouble, and at point Claire thought it hopeless, but eventually she learned how to wield her thoughts and emotions to her benefit and imprinting them on her surroundings. For example, after getting hit with a certain attack, her aura starts to gradually negate the effects of similar attacks by projecting an opposite quality on them, till she becomes entirely immune to their effects. The trick was always to understand what quality or property to imprint in response to the properties of her opponent's attacks, however, with such an ability she is not guaranteed to always survive the first hit. Such an ability comes with its brand of risks as well. Initially Claire hated her ability, regarding it more as a curse that she need to rid herself of, as it was the primal reason why she was constantly attracting the attention and wrath from other demonic beings who could easily detect that kind of aura.
Ethereal Light: - tapping into her angelic bloodline, Claire becomes enshrouded into divine force, able to wield heavenly light like all other angels. Ethereal light is not governed by the same properties and conditions of worldly light, rather its temperature and solidity can be altered according to its wielder, becoming as fluid and flowing as water or as substantial and hard as stones. As freezing as an iceberg or as scorching hot as flames. Although not naturally endowed with super physical strength like other angels or Nephilims, Ethreal light can infuse her with enough physical strength, letting her blows and strikes deal considerable damage. More distinctly, it posses strong purifying qualities that is able to expel and cleanse a soul from evil presences and dark impurities.
Divine Serenity: In a state of absolute serenity or extreme fury, Claire's Aura intensifies immensely purifying her inside out making her a divine force to reckon with, enough that one would call her in such a state a full-fledged Angel. The light hugs her slight figure in a pearly radiance, her gray eyes glow like liquid silver, and stark white wings grow on her back. Her aura expands considerably, becoming a powerful moony glow that encapsulates the area around her in a dome like field, as if in reminiscent to her mother's own title The Radiance of a thousand moons.
In such a state, Claire's aura is at at its purest and strongest, whoever steps within it will find themselves overridden with the emotion of meeting imminent death, starkly aware of their own life beating within their heart, and the force continually pressing on them to detach themselves of their worldly desires. Her strength becomes monstrous, her speed and agility is heightened to the extreme, and her light dispels any darkness with a single touch. Prolonged exposure to that field could gradually bleach the will to live out of people, till nothing remains but the seared memory of this encounter in their souls. Claire at such a state is both at her most powerful and vulnerable condition, because each movement counts and yet one wrong move and the price might be more than she can afford to pay.
- Her favorite place is the Ocean. She also enjoys Rainy weather, nature and having long aimless walks.
