The grey H is so weird! I love the CoM artwork. I'm sad that it is only one volume so we don't get the Riku artwork. I'd love if they humored us and put it in as a colored page inside xD

Yes, hopefully they'll give us the double page spread showing off the Soul Eater and Mickey. The CoM covers remind me of a cel taken from animation. I love 'em.
Ahh nice choice for the logo Yen Press. Makes the cover feel more sleek.
I too was hoping for the Riku cover, but Amano's Sora is so cheerful and endearing xD
I love how this is the year of KH manga, what with Yen Press' publications and the monthly wallpapers. It's really fantastic~
I'll be getting the KH1 volumes but I already have both CoM's so I don't know if I'll be getting this and I do agree that grey H is a little odd.
But they grey H was always there, at least on the first volumne. I'm also more a fan of the cover for the Reverse/Rebirth story though.
It sucks they didn't use the Riku and Namine cover. That one definitely suits CoM more than this, but yay for manga news! Really excited.

I've only seen it mentioned in passing, and mostly here on KHI. It'd be great if we came up with a quick and witty hashtag though!

Not in North America. The manga had the game Chain of Memories logo in the Tokyopop print.
But apparently this "new" is the cover used in Europe so I guess it makes sense for North America to get the same.

Yeah, I really can't help but be a bit sad over it. I'm really happy with the covers they chose for KH1 and I understand why they picked the Sora cover but it doesn't encapsulate CoM very well.

I was only pulling up front covers looking for a grey character. Yup. Don't get it. (Also, there's one red character in the Chain of Memories subtitle? I die.) Welp. Time for me to move on. xD

It's definitely worth shooting them a tweet about the other covers being included though. Specifying Twitter since they seem to at least be responding to messages there.

KH2 so far has 2 omnibuses announced. It's unknown whether they'll release the volumes following individually or compile them.

Yeah. If they're going to compile them into omnibuses, at least do it for the entire set and not just half. It's sort of disorienting.
I wonder what the covers for the KH2 omnibuses will be. I would hope they use the second volume cover and the one with Maleficent and Pete.
I know they were trying to catch everyone up, considering there is so much to be released stateside, but it might have been a bad call to do the omnibuses with 2.5 volumes, unless there's going to be a total of 10 individual volumes in Japan. I can't envision what they're predicting, but maybe they have a lot of bonus content also. The Eva omnibuses won't come out even either, so I'm hoping these companies ensure they look like they are on the shelf.

Yes, the second cover! It's definitely my favorite out of all of the KH2 covers.

I believe the first omnibus is 3 volumes and the second is 2 but the page count is roughly the same so they might release another omnibus after the 7th volume releases in Japan, depending on the page count.
And we don't know what the last Eva omnibus will look like just yet... ;__;
