● Increasingly Cheaper Draws with the Falling Price Deal!
For the first time, the Jewel cost for this deal will gradually decrease with each pull, decreasing to 1900 Jewels from your 5th pull onward!
The Falling Price Deal introduces two new Tier 5 Medals (Special Attack Bonus range 80%～150%), both of which will come pre-strengthend to 3 Special Attack Dots if pulled from this deal:
Illustrated Roxas and HD Naminé!
HD Naminé is a very unique Medal that copies the Special Attack of the Medal immediately after it!
The Extra Attack Trait on HD Naminé is also quite powerful, since both the original and extra Special Attack can copy the next Medal's Special Attack!
The Falling Price Deal also introduces three new Tier 3 Medals (Special Attack Bonus range 40%～100%):
Ansem, Lady Tremaine & Daughters, and Lucifer!

This 10-Medal Falling Price Deal guarantees the following:
・The price of the deal will decrease after each draw:
- 1st Draw: 3000 Jewels
- 2nd Draw: 2500 Jewels
- 3rd Draw: 2200 Jewels
- 4nd Draw: 2000 Jewels
- 5th Draw onward: 1900 Jewels
・You will receive at least one Tier 4 or higher Medal in each pull!
(Please check the bottom of this notice for a full list of all Tier 4 and higher Medals that are currently available.)
・If you receive any of the following Medals from this deal, they will come with their Special Attack strengthened to 3 dots:
- HD Naminé
- Illustrated Roxas
These two Medals will come pre-strengthened to 3 dots only if pulled from this Falling Price Deal or from the Daily Deal or Small Deal during this deal period.
You also have a chance of getting Boosted versions of the new Medals!
・Boosted HD Naminé, Illustrated Roxas: 1,000 more base Strength and Defense.
・Boosted Ansem, Lady Tremaine & Daughters, Lucifer: 1,000 more base Strength
NOTES:
・The boosted base Strength and Defense stat will be highlighted in yellow instead of the usual white text on the Medal details screen.
・A Boosted Medal can have its Special Attack strengthened by fusing the normal version of the same Medal onto it.
・However, make sure that you don't fuse the Boosted version onto a normal version, or else you'll lose the stat boost!
NOTE: This deal does not have a "Guaranteed within X turns" aspect. In other words, it does not guarantee that you will receive a specific Medal within a certain number of turns.

・Union Cross quests let you battle against the Heartless alongside other members of your Union in real-time!

Introducing a new limited-time deal that guarantees an Illustrated Ventus and Magic Broom Medal in each pull!
The Ventus & Magic Broom Deal guarantees the following:
・You will receive one Illustrated Ventus Medal in each pull!
・You will receive one Magic Broom Medal in each pull!
(Use five Magic Broom Medals to evolve a Fantasia Mickey A into a Fantasia Mickey B!)
・All 10 attack Medals you receive will be Epic Medals. (Tier 3 or higher Special Attack Bonus)
・You can pull from the Ventus & Magic Broom Deal up to three times a day.

- Are your medals in the right slot on your Keyblade Deck? (do they get the multipliers?)
- Are you using the right attribute? (e.g., speed > magic)
The only other thing that might be the problem is that the enemies are just too over leveled for you to beat them.

The are in the right slots w the right attributes I deal like 54k-70k dmg depending on the keyblade but it takes me forever to get the materials to level them up so I'm stuck and can never get medals from high score events :(

Well you get like 2-5 million lux from the current raid boss so you'll get to 300 in no time if you work on that a bit. But yeah, upgrade your keyblades if you want to beat higher level enemies, be in a good party with lots of good shared medals and focus on upgrading the keyblades that you have best medals for. Like for example, if you have Marluxia B Divine Rose is a good one to work on, or Olympia for Meowjesty.

Considering I must have pulled like ten times for Illustrated KH2 Kairi and never received a single Illustrated KH2 Sora, I know where my luck sits. HD Namine isn't even useful unless guilted. This is a bad deal.

what's the best way to farm Myhtril stuff? Aside from the Sat&Sun (?) special thing :o cause I mostly need that and some Gems but the Gem related quests I can't do because the fights there are level 200+

Terrible drop rates for me too. Pulled 5 times to get the permanent 1900 jewel cost, but didn't get a single new medal that I could use in hc. Luckily I have illustrated Ventus from old deals, but that'll only get me so far before some whale gets in. Shame, wanted hd Namine a lot, but I'm going to have to give up and save for 0.2 Kairi with the terrible luck I'm having.

Ventus isn't even a very useful medal by today's standards. A number of the WoFF medals do what he does and more. It's a strange medal for them to try to sell at this point.

My pulls are often REALLY bad, but today I was happy to pull another KHII Kairi to fully guilt mine and get an additional attack. Perfect for PSM boosts!

I may be starting a picky subject, but I feel as if f2p players like me are bullied on this events. I get that if it wasn't a bit like that, it would make the game profit-less. But the way they make it, it basically forces us to pay extremely overpriced MICROtransactions.
I feel as if the whole point of micro transactions is a bit perverted in this game (I know it's no news at this point). But at least they could make it accessible with perseverance, like the raid bosses or some organization event quests.
After all, at this point of the game, un-guilted medals are basically useless and lack any proper usage other than buffing or recovering. So getting one copy of them with no dots would be what any f2p player could get, right? Maybe if it actually was that way, the whole challenge would be lost, but still, every time I try my hardest with what I think is my best setup, I always get passed by some thousands at the end of the event.
Also, it rages me to see the required medals. Of course they want to try and make you buy from the new deals, but it is basically impossible to even get the lowest prize if it isn't with a full set of score multiplier medals.
Sorry I ranted so much... But this angers me, and I would spend some bucks on the game, if it actually had a good system, but 15 bucks for a single pull... a week!.. seems a bit excessive, and if you don't do it, you'll miss the HSC and you won't ever ever get that super duper awesome medal. Idk, maybe I'm alone here, but it definitely makes me wanna drop the game sometimes... They are lucky it's somewhat fun (sometimes).

That Nami medal is kinda funny. It comes with music, but you can only hear the music on your home screen by making it your Friend Medal, but then it also says it is useless as a Friend Medal, so the only way you can hear her music is by giving your friends a useless medal lol

I totally agree. $15+ for a pull is wayyyy too much. Like it's so far outside of reasonable it's off in space somewhere! I understand microtransactions. The transactions in this game aren't "micro" by any understanding. If it was $0.99 for a pull, then that would make sense. If it was $5 a month for VIP, that would make sense. The prices in this game are so unbelievably outrageous.

Oh now, hon. A lot of people have at least one WoFF medal, and they're useful in this regard guilted or not.
Even if you don't, you don't have to go very far to find a recent medal that was pretty easily acquirable if you saved jewels for it... which everyone should have been - Illustrated KH2 Kairi.
Illustrated Ventus is outclassed by many, many, many medals.

Finally got HD Namine on the 8th or ninth pull. She's really nice to use when copying strong friend medals, so I decided to max guilt her using my three Mickey and Brooms, as I couldn't afford any more pulls.
I found it interesting that this HD Namine has music, despite having no use as a shared medal. To me, it was like saying, if chu a lone player with no party, least chu can have my music. XD Feels fitting, as she was a very lonely character in the game, and on the other hand... if you're in a party she becomes a very strong medal when copying a powerful medal... but she's only useful to chu, kinda like saying she's there, but not really there... like what happened to her in the end.
Idk, tried to sound poetic over finally getting HD Namine myself. But I think the words just came out a mess. XD

Yeah, I told my party members, ( most of them new) to skip the Ventus deal and to save their jewels for better deals. ( I'm the leader of the party. I'm surprised I was able to take in over 16 people into my party in a short time. Chu'd think they'd go for a stronger party, lol.)

WoFF medals do it for 2 turns and are AoE vs Ill Ventus is only 1 turn and Single. I'm sure you already realize this, but comparing WoFF to him is almost a disservice to the WoFF medals.
It makes sense to start with him though given he's fairly weak, comparatively speaking, this far into the game. They can only move up and make the deals more appetizing from here, maximizing profits.

As much as I'd like to pull for HD Namine, as a F2P player, jewels don't come in droves, and we've gotta be smart. HD Namine is not a game-changing medal, so...I'll probably sit this one out (unfortunately).

In the 24 hours that this update has been live, I've become a little irritated by the resurrection of the terrible sportsmanship in Union Cross.
Like when it first came out, people were/are jumping on to reap the benefits and need to be revived seven times during the boss fight, but do NOT revive their team mates. I went through a few entire quests, completed all of the objectives that came on screen, to have to revive a few people 5-7 times (which is fine!), but then on my first time being downed, I was not revived at all.

Like when it first came out, people were/are jumping on to reap the benefits and need to be revived seven times during the boss fight, but do NOT revive their team mates. I went through a few entire quests, completed all of the objectives that came on screen, to have to revive a few people 5-7 times (which is fine!), but then on my first time being downed, I was not revived at all.
I somehow haven't had this problem too much (though I avoid that Omega Darkside quest like the plague). So, while I'm not saying it's okay, I am trying to say that there are good players out there.
Heck, Kingdom Hearts is all about "my friends are my power", so those keyblade wielders are most certainly destined for life as a heartless sooner or later. Pity the poor fools who corrupt their Chirithy into Nightmares...

Hahaha! Absolutely loving the references! But yeah, you are right - it's certainly not just infested with bad team members. A lot of the time it's far from bad by all means, but it's definitely better to wait a week or two for the freshness of the quest to fade, then the players more likely to want to grind will be thriving.

Hey, at least you can play Union Cross Multi! LOL. I crash each time all the party starts hitting with special attacks. Each and every time. I have an older device that I guess couldn't handle the upgrade. At least I can still play everything else, but crash during Multiplayer. Would love to play it, but can't. Don't have the luxury of affording a second device or newer device upgrade.
So, just enjoy it.

As everyone else I don't like the "no mercy pulls" and it's super sad this is going to be the norm from now on (or at least it looks like it), but this got me thinking about what are they going to do when the EXs medals are released, they are super strong and rare at the same time and that was because in JP you had to have luck to get them, but I'm guessing in NAUX they'll be just as "common" as the rest of these new premiums, so idk what they'll do about it or if they'll do something or what 3-3
On another note, and seeing how things are going with traits and stuff, I think they should've equilibrated the medals that were released after Union Cross, because right now medals that buff and have double trait are putting people waaay ahead of the rest and I think that's pretty unbalanced.

Some are advancing the opinion that traits should not have been released so early in NA. I tend to agree. I think we are as unbalanced as we ever were. LOL.

A lot of people are ranting about the game and saying they'll quit, acting like the no-mercy is anything new. They're also telling people to give the app a 1-star rating. I just think it's really funny.

Hmm, yeah, I think that would've been better, JP was ready for them since the power cap is higher and it's easier for them to get those +7 buffs, unlike NAUX. Knowing how NAUXs team think they probably thought these would make them win more money so they release it anyway -A-
@Audo: True, but as I said the difference between NAUX and JP is that the benefit they give to JP players is smaller compared to the benefit they provide to NAUX players since the power cap in JP is already high, also they're releasing new medals with the traits in mind (i.e:Lingering Will gives a
+5 buff
, with double trait it only arrives to+7
) while we're still receiving medals that were conceived for a game without traits.

Nah, I would never give the game a low star rating. I still enjoy the game, although there are very frustrating things that I believe SENA can change.

Well, if it provides any solace, traits will eventually turn out like they do in JPN as we will eventually move onto better medals that negate the best traits (Kairi 0.2).
As to your point Audo, something interesting I've seen are P2P players being hurt by this trait system. Historically, the game has always been P2W, the more you pay, the more you will surpass those who don't. It makes sense. However, now, those who pay (but don't have infinite $) are being surpassed by F2P players who got lucky on their first trait roll.
Sure, if you had loads of $ you could spend until you get a trait (ex. Extra Attack) but those who are on a budget (even a $100 budget) aren't guaranteed 'Extra Attack'. I've heard of a people doing 9 re-rolls to never get 'Extra Attack'. To even get 9x of that medal most have already cost a lot of money and to still be surpassed by a F2P players who got lucky? That just seems like the P2P player got scammed.
Then you have F2P players being further surpassed by P2P players and you have a whole ranking system with no reason or rationale as to why people are ranked or how to become ranked yourself without 100% gambling on a trait roll.

Europeans can pay 17€ (25€) now instead of 15 because of an Apple Store increase. The least they (SENA) can do is lower the price because I for sure am not gonna buy a 25€(!!) card for a mobile game for one draw and only a chance of getting the thing I want.

Umm, we're talking about Ventus here.
This deal guarantees up to 9 Ventus Medals. And one of those medals could be boosted by a 1000 extra attack. This in itself is pretty good. Other deals usually guarantee 1 of 4-5 new medals of which only 1 might be boosted. This deal allows you to only receive the medal that could be boosted. But pulling a boosted medal isn't as hard as pulling the medal itself. So I'm confident that if I would have pulled all 9 times (and I would), I would have gotten a boosted version. I'm pretty sure everyone would have pulled the boosted version eventually. Adding to that the usual Chip and Dales, giving this medal a Attack of 9303.
And now we have bunch of Ventus Medals in our storage. Fusing 9 of them and the chance is also pretty high you get a above average Trait. Maybe increase is damage even more, gain a few gauges. It's all plausible with the amount of Ventus Medals we would have acquired.
But the best part of this all, his Special Attack. He has one of the Highest Special Attack Multipliers in the game. And he is a tier 4 Medal. Max guilted he has a standard multiplier of 4. And because of his tier 4 boost he multiplies that number by 2,3. Giving him a Guilt of 9,2.
This guy is a freaking beatstick with stats over 9000 that gets multiplied by 9! And to top it all off, because he is fucking Ventus, he also lowers the opponents Speed Based Defense by 2!
This medal is far from useless.

But yeah, I have more then enough support Medals actually. A powerhouse for my Speed deck would benefit me much more then another Support Medal. And besides, I only draw for TAV. No point in trying to become the strongest in this game as f2p. Might as well collect the stuff I like.
