Version 1.1.2 of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ launched this last week to a very buggy reception. One of the issues that occured was an incorrect Daily Deal banner which displayed the wrong deal. Square Enix has released an apology in the notice below. We've included the "Issue Regarding Current Daily Deal" notice below the "Daily Deal Apology Gift" gift notice. Also starting from today is a new raid where you can get the School Uniform avatars as well as new weekly prizes!
Daily Deal Apology Gift
To apologize for the incorrect information displayed on the Daily Deal banner, we would like to offer the following:
- 1,500 free Jewels, distributed starting Sep. 5, 2016 12:00 a.m. (PT)
- The current Daily Deal will end on Sep. 4, 2016 11:59 p.m. (PT) and be replaced by a "Four Days Only!" deal from Sep. 5, 2016 12:00 a.m. (PT)
"Four Days Only!" Deal
Period: Sep. 5, 2016 12:00 a.m. - Sep. 8, 2016 11:59 p.m. (PT)
Deal: Spend 600 Jewels and get 3 Medals (1 x 5★ or higher Medal guaranteed) Max. 3 times per day
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are aware of an issue with the current Daily Deal wherein the banner is incorrectly using a “Limited Time Offer” image that guarantees one (1) 5★ Medal and two (2) 3★ or higher Medals, instead of the usual banner that advertises one (1) 4★ or higher Medal and two (2) 3★ or higher Medals.
We recommend that you do not pull in the current Daily Deal unless you understand beforehand that the Medals you receive will be one (1) 4★ or higher Medal and two (2) 3★ or higher Medals.

Free jewels is nice and the Four Days Only deal is convenient because I planned to splurge on the Daily Deal for a while in hopes of getting lucky but JPUx would have gotten more jewels just saying.

I kinda figured it was only a matter of time really. It's one of the best ways to do damage control in these types of games. Just give out free shit and people will be content...well for the most part anyways.

So the Four Days only deal has the Illustrated Ventus and Aqua medal right? So is it better to spent my Jewels on the Four Day deal or the 3k deal? 3k gives 10 medals. It's EMC so I get atleast 2 Epic Medals. If I do the Four Day deal I spent 600 Jewels and get 3 medals, wich are guaranteed 5 star or higher. If I end up spending 3k Jewels on this deal over the days I end up with 5 pulls and 15 medals. But is there a difference between the 5 and 6 star medals and the "Epic" medals? Wich deal would be the best to get a Ventus?

Free jewels nice! I thought I wouldn't be able to save enough in time, but now I got one pull from this. Well, at least I got Belle and Cogsworth or whatever his name is so that's cool. Still no good speed medals for damage. The new outfits are cute! Too bad it's one of these raid bosses you have to level up first to get any good lux from it.

You are right. I had to exit out of my game twice for it to appear, though. I hadn't gotten any of my rewards for the week either but my game caught up.

Thankfully I have 1580 jewels before the update. Add up the 1500 apology jewels, I spent them, but sadly did not get Aqua, but on the bright side, got better Medals than the ones I have~

I'm so disappointed by that, because I need 100 more jewels in order to get the Roxas Avatar Board (that way I'll have enough of the Aerith medals to fully guilt them, since I bought the Naminé Avatar Board), but the Roxas Avatar Board will disappear in eleven hours.
So when I saw that notice, I thought it was the answer to my prayers... Except I already completely completed quest 200, and doing it a second time didn't give me the jewels. -sigh-
Anyway, that's the quest where the bangle first becomes a plot point. I wonder if SENA retranslated some stuff in it, and that's the reason for this? IDK. I didn't rewatch the cutscene.
But it would be cool if they're doing that, as they really need to.
But if they are, I feel like they should just give everyone 600 jewels just for doing it again (even if they have already completely completed it)--so that they'll be more likely to see the corrected translation.

btw, you will get the Jewels 13th September. You don't need to complete the Quest again, at least that's what the Notice says

Oh. Completely read that wrong, then! Thanks for clearing that up for me, Muke!
Also, if they are retranslating that scene (once again, I don't know; I should really go do the quest a third time now and actually watch the cutscene again), I hope that means they're also changing the "Attack Bonus" that appears when you used guilted medals to "Guilt".
