If you have Medals you want to upgrade or strengthen, or skills you want to level up, these quests are for you!
VIP Quests are only unlocked as part of the Weekly Jewels Extravaganza bonus, and are only valid during the duration that of your Weekly Jewels Extravaganza bonus. So if you purchase a discounted 3,000 Jewel pack between Sep. 23 and 25, you will have access to these quests until Sep. 25. If you purchase the same Jewel pack on Sep. 26 or later, you will have access to these quests until the campaign ends on Oct. 2.

This set of special VIP Upgrade Quests will offer you valuable Evolve, EXP, and Munny Medals!
The VIP Daily Challenge: Chip & Dale quests will let you earn 6★ Chip and 6★ Dale Medals every day!
Last, but not least, a set of special VIP Skill Quests will be included in the quests unlocked for the Weekly Jewels Extravaganza given to you when you purchase a discounted 3,000 Jewel pack! Completing these quests will level up the existing skills of any Medals you equipped for the quest at a very rapid rate!

■Event Details
・Defeat the Heartless that appear in the event quests to get Event Coins!
・Enemies of various difficulty will appear throughout the event quests. Defeat the enemy that best matches your current strength!
・Use the Event Coins to unlock the exclusive Arabian Scout and Arabian Emerald outfits on the Event Board!
・Of particular note, are the Arabian Scout: Fez and Arabian Emerald: Headband, which each give Raid Boss Perk +5, increasing the spawn rate of raid bosses!

This five-Medal deal guarantees one of the 6★ Epic Medals below, each of with that has a Special Attack that targets all enemies!
Additionally, the 6★ Epic Medal you receive will come with 3 of its Special Attack dots filled in, getting you halfway to unlocking its Special Attack Bonus!

●About Special Attack Bonuses
If you have a Power Bangle (obtainable by clearing Story Quest 200), and strengthen the Special Attack of a 6★ Medal six times (by filling in the 5 dots and the square), you will unlock a Special Attack Bonus for that Medal!The Special Attack Bonus is a damage bonus added on top of the damage multipliers you earn by strengthening your Medal!
Different Medals have different maximum Special Attack Bonus Levels, which determine the range of the bonus received (see below for more details).

Sounded like a decent deal, but then I read that list of epics in the pull and meh :l Guess it's another week of saving jewels, which is fine too. I'm hoping they'll give us another avatar board with poison+ etc. skills at some point, I missed the previous one.
That's the list?....that toilet paper are the ones? I don't want any of those. Well, maybe owl....since he's the most rare one there. I haven't even gotten Owl on my JPN game. Except I don't want a 6star version because I wouldn't be able to equip him....
And STILL no brooms .....

Really? You actually want Owl? In my opinion, Owl is a pretty crappy and useless medal. It's not made to do damage. It only provides a debuff. But the debuff is definitely not worth its 4 guage cost. There's a whole lot of better debuff medals or you could even use a 2 cost buff medal and get the same effect.
So we're just going to continue along with the "Special Attack Bonus" as long as possible, huh...
Would have figured they'd stealth-edit it to change it back to Guilt by now.
Not sure how I feel about the Chip & Dale VIP quest changes. You can run that thing as many times as you want in the Japanese version, although the AP cost is very high.

I think I'm ok with it the way it is. I just wish we had it all the time.
And the title of this announcement makes it seem like we'll be getting these VIP quests at the end of every month now. Is that right? If so, that's pretty awesome. It seems like a step in the right direction. Although, I would still like to see these VIP quests as permanent special quests.

Got Owl at max level guilted at 55%. I'm not using him. He has a nice ability, but it's so expensive. And that's the only reason why you would equip him, because it's "normal" stats are terrible. The only reason I haven't used him as a material yet is because one day there might be a enemy that required alot of buffs and debuffs, and even then he will be hard to use because of it's 4 cost. Honestly, the moment I get a medal with the same effect for 2 gauges, I will throw Owl away, even when I have him guilted. There are so many other medals out there that are much better, like KH II Kairi, she raises your strength by 2. There is also this Magic Medals of SDG that lowers the Speed Defense of enemies, and the Magic Defense, and the Power Defense, and actually has some good stats and that costs only 2 gauges.
It's a good medal if you don't have any other buff and debuff medals. But the moment you get some of the "better" buff and debuff medals, this guy will be pale in comparison.

I would love trading! Some people would probably abuse it, but I think you can make a system where you can prevent that.

once they released ability1, ability2 skill medal , high cost medals won't become a problem. those skills reduced ability cost to 1 and 2 respectively with 100% activation chance. i finished most of proud mode without premium using +3 atk and -1 def using owl/smee. i'm sure it would be useful later once they released proud on global ux. the -def debuff atk medals are usually premium so i think owl/smee can be a good replacement until you got those premiums.

Yeah, but how long would that take? We are still waiting for the Brooms, so I'm not counting on that. And that would mean I would have to use my skill slot for that skill, if I want the cost to be lowered, meaning I can't put another skill in there. Like Def II or Poison.

I'd kind of like to get another avatar board in the next update :D The + skills sounds pretty good, I think it would be worth the jewels.

Well compared to the Japanese version, most of the boards we had to buy while they got them for free for events, so it's not really worth it. Avatar boards should stick to being free for events, they're already greedy with the drop rates being low for the National Version. Only time I'd consider it kinda fair is if they made you pay for an event board you missed that was free the first time, so veterans and regulars have extra incentive to keep playing the game, and even that shouldn't have to cost as much as a 10 medal draw.
I mean think about it, you're most likely to change your avatar clothes on a regular basis and you have only one time you can use those boost and stat medals, and compare that to the 10 medals which you're most likely going to keep using in battle for a long while. That right there shows the value shouldn't be the same.

Has anyone filled the event avatar boards btw? Is there anything there that gives perks? Not sure if I should try to fill the boards, the event gets pretty tedious after a while. The melons take too long to kill for me weak f2p :(

I can only do the first segment. The other is too high level watermelons. And I have all 6* medals, lots of more premium medals but none guilted because I don't have thousands of dollars for 9-10 pulls just to fill orbs and guilt those premium medals. Japan gets it done for free with Mickey and Brooms medals, which we do not have and may never have...at all. I'll probably be putting this game on ice once the new Pokemon hand held game comes out in November. I don't like SENA's treatment of NA players.

If you want to do the other area too, use Minnie if you have one/can borrow from your party. Then just use regular attacks on them and heal with Minnie if defense boosts don't proc. It works, but takes some time which is exactly why this event gets boring quick :/

It just gives a +5 raid boss perk, and it's on the headband.
