Name:Ryoko
Gender: Female
Alias: The Black Death
Power: Ryoko can control her own blood. She has to cut herself to use the ability, but that hardly bothers her. It pours out in the form of a murky black liquid and can be controlled by her will. It can be formed into various shapes and even crystallized to attack her foes. It also contains a potent venom, which if it get's into someone's blood will cause extreme pain in small douses, hallucinations in moderate amounts, and finally paralysis in large douses. Her body is also capable of regenerating lost blood at a highly accelerated pace, and her cells can reconstruct themselves giving her a major healing factor.

Appearance: Ryoko stands at 5 feet, nine inches tall. She has straight obsidian hair that falls down to her hips. She has a modest figure, and a beautiful face that is framed nicely by her hair. Her mouth and nose are petite and cute, however her eye's are... Unsettling, as they are always slanted in a haunting fashion, and the blue in them is like azure steel, cold and empty.
Personality: Ryoko at first seems like an all around normal young woman, however her heart and mind have surrendered to the darkness of the world a long time ago. She has a smile, that's as fake as a crocodiles. She has a calm demeanor, that betrays her inner sadist. She has no problem killing, maiming, torturing, and in fact gets off on it. It's the only time she has an honest smile. Seeing the look of despair and hopelessness in someone is ecstasy to her.
Bio: Ryoko was born into an abusive home, her parents would fight, often things would become violent. She saw it all, and to her it was normal, she hated the noise, but it was normal to her. In school she would laugh and play, those around her were oblivious to the upbringing she had. It was one day when she came home late that she found out that perhaps things were not so normal. There was yelling, which she ignored, however while in her room she heard a loud sound like thunder come from downstairs. A few seconds later the same sound filled the house. A child of only 7 years old, she found it odd that there was thunder with no rain outside, so she went downstairs. The house was silent, and at first she thought that her parents had left. However entering the living room she was surprised to see both her mother and father, dead.
The police arrived, on call from neighbors about hearing gun shots. Entering the house they were greeted by a smiling little girl.
"Hello Mr. Policeman, it's so nice and quiet now..."
Ryoko ended up in an orphanage, a run down place. Things there were pretty much the same as they were at home, only she would often be the victim of abuse. Wither it was fellow orphan or the caretakers, it was an endless cycle of hatred. It wasn't until she was 16 that she found her inner sadist. One of the caretakers thought it would be okay to take advantage of her, that is up to the point she smashed his head in with her bare hands. After that she couldn't get enough, the blood, the victim's cute hopeless face, their screams of agony, it was sublime! For a while she got her kicks with whatever scum she could find, con artists, murderers, wife beaters, she would prey upon them like a lioness would her food.
However after finding the League of Parasites she found her 'true calling'

Name(optional): Prince Alexander
Alias: Black Angel
Power: The prince’s powers revolve around his family’s magical abilities, he uses a grand variety of spells but his most common used spells are the ones below. He can still use OTHER spells but if the fight isn’t difficult to him he will use these.
Aeroteon: A spell that is used by master wizards in which the user levitates off the ground, however, the user cannot fly with it they can simply hover across long distances.
Bombardis destructor: The user creates a strong blast towards the opponent but the user is unable to move while using this spell.
Manipulation: A spell in which the user summons a mass of energy from his power and solidifies the power and manipulates its shape into a variety of assortments.
Depulsio: The user chooses a target and sent it to the location of his/her choosing.
Warp: A spatial spell in which the user warps their self to the location of their choosing, the stronger the user is the farther they can teleport.
Incendo: The user casts forth a fire from their wand, or in the Prince’s case his hand (he is advanced in magical spells so he does not require his wand), and launches it out.

Appearance: The prince has a light caramel skin tone , around six foot one with spiky black hair and golden eyes. His usual attire is a dark blue shirt with a buttoned up black collared shirt over it, black pants and a silver chain hanging on the pants. He wears three rings on his right hand and on his left a silver ring with ancient Latin text on it. He also wears two chains around his neck and wears white low top sneakers. His magical bird, Crow is usually sitting atop his shoulder and somewhere near him. As the name suggests Crow is a magical talking Crow that gives advice to the prince and is a close friend to his family.
Personality: The prince is usually wary of others and trust is something that definitely takes time to earn from him. He will not joke around and is very serious, he is smart and strategic. He does have a cheerful side and can joke at times but the majority of the time he is in a serious mood.
Bio: Being a prince, Alexander has survived many assassinations especially since he is the only remaining royal blood left of his family. He was born on Earth but was raised in the Underworld, he lived there till he was 12 when suddenly his family was attacked by a new breed of assassin’s. He later found out they were magical beings and not humans so he went after but the trail went cold.
Around the age of 15 he joined the League of Parasites and has stuck with them ever since. When he turned 17 the assassin’s attempted once again to kill him but he managed to get his revenge thanks to the LoP, he now thinks he owes his life to them and decided to stay with them and make sure their plan works.

Power:
Now on to Arthur’s magical abilities. When Arthur first obtained Excalibur, a magical being known as The Strange One visited him and placed magical rites along Arthur’s arms, back, and chest that can't be seen by normal means. These rites connects him to Excalibur indefinantely and gives him an enormous supply of magical power. With this magical power, Arthur can cast powerful elemental spells and control the raw aspect of magic at a whim. Because of the magical nature of Arthur’s elements, they are no bound by the laws of this reality. He is able to control powerful hexes that destabilizes probability by inducing chaos. His hexes only work to a small degree. One example is when Arthur was taking a test at school, he induced probability and got every answer or when he was fighting against Luke Cage, Arthur caused Luke Cage to miss half of his attacks. Arthur’s hexes are not absolute and are subject to failure.
He is able to also summon otherworldy creatures such as the demon dog Cerberus or the Mythical Beast Gryphon. Because of his summoning powers, Arthur has a form of reverse summoning that allows him to pull others through a portal from wherever he wants but they must be willing to come or he can't pull them through. The reverse summoning also acts as a portal for Arthur to travel through. Controlling the forces of magic, Arthur can fly, become intangible, hypnotism or mesmerism, illusion-casting or alter his clothing through small molecular control. With his powers comes the ability to absorb many different kind of energies to replenish himself but, not heal his wounds. Arthur can even do simple spells.
Weakness: Though Arthur is powerful, he is still a normal human male and can be killed through simple means such as poisoning and the like. Because Arthur is not a season wizard, his magic is not as strong as it should be, leaving him vulnerable at times even though he has the combat skills of those before him. Also Arthur tends underestimate almost every opponent that he faces which gets him into major trouble in battle.
Excalibur: This is the mighty sentient sword that was created by the Old Gods many, many eons ago. Forged through pure magic, a powerful magical soul, and steel ore, Excalibur is the strongest sword to exist. It was created for a mighty hero to obtain and protect the universe. This hero was the first of the Cambridge bloodline, Sir Arthur of Camelot. He used this sword to bring about peace and prosperity. After his death, Merlin took the sword and made sure it was passed down the Cambridge bloodline. This trusty sword was locked away after it’s terrible misuse which in turn brought back the wizard Nephitis within King Arthur’s body. For many years, Nephistis searched for this sword until it reached present day young Arthur Cambridge who to this day has been it’s protector and master.
Excalibur is is the strongest magical weapon to be created. Within the blade of Excalibur lies untold magical power that is said to be strong enough to wipe out planets which King Arthur once demonstrated upon alien invaders thousands of years ago. A magical aura surrounds the blade, causing it to glow bright gold. The blade itself is stronger then most substances except Vibranium or other weapons that can match it’s magical might. Because magic is always pulsating through the blade, Excalibur’s blade vibrates at a very high frequency, allowing it to cut through tough substances like a hot knife through butter.
Nigh-unbreakable, Excalibur can withstand powerful attacks before breaking and if broken, it reforms itself within seconds. Whoever wields Excalibur is granted the memories of Excalibur and the wielders that came before the user, giving him intense combat skills the moment he touches Excalibur. Because you must be of the Cambridge bloodline, no one but, The Strange One or Arthur may wield the Excalibur or else it is useless in anyone else’s hands.

He also has a love for a good fight with anyone that's willing to take him on, and although he fights fiercely and as best he can, Arthur always willing to be a good sportsman, regardless of whether he wins or loses. Although he's competitive, he also knows when to tone down his need to prove himself through physical action, and is almost always ready to smooth-talk himself out of a situation if the need arises. Though some of his peers define him as "a little shifty," Arthur is a very genuine and all-around good-natured fellow.

Electronic energy- Through electron gathering and manipulation he can increase any aspect of his physical nature to superhuman levels, including his strength, speed, stamina and durability. He can also harness the electrons for matter transformation; the controlled projection of energy as concussive blasts or quasi-solid particle/electron fiends, broadcasting jamming frequencies, and flight. He can fire in multiple directions at once or from every point of his body at once. He has used his ability to manipulate all forms of energy to prevent his opponent from using their own powers. He can also revive himself with electronic energy he has left from his body. Also be able to use his electric power as a shield which is also able to deflect other types of energy back to his opponent. In times of great need he can use hypersonic electronic waves which could level an entire city, a small sample would even break a superhumans bones. It even has the potential to destroy an entire planet.
Weakness: Being a teenager dealing with society who is still unexperienced with certain parts of life can have major effects on him which is where his temper comes into play which usually leads him to at times cause error on what he is trying to do.
Damiar (Sword)He also has his sword which he called Damair, which said to be made from the same materials from Thor's Warhammer. Which can be used also as an electric rod, opening passageways through space and time, blocking all sorts of energy blasts. It also can pierce thru energy fields and barriers.
Guns- Two guns which can both pierce thru energy fields and barriers, and with the use of his electric powers can boost their weapons power.

Personality: A lone wolf who often strays from the pack. Highly intelligent, and ruthless at the same time. Very tactical and strategic on everything he does. Has a sense of humor, doesnt trust others, and always has a back up plan. Also can have a huge temper but also can be calm thru tough moments.
Bio: It is rumored he is the son of Thor, which he saw great evil within him and decided to outcast him into a hellish part of earth where he would most likely die. But he didnt was his son to die without a fight so he gave him Damiar to protect him. Which he survived and harnessed his fighting and power skills. Since he could walk he traveled and killing anyone who stood in his way, a nomad without a place to call home. He then made his way to the city slums where he gave civilization and society at one point a try. He would often go to school with raggy clothes. Which the kids would make fun of. Which one day he made sure they never do again. He went to school and went on a killing spree using his powers to kill of the teachers, and students. Blood and screams filled the place which made him smile. Time passed by and at the age of 15 the League of Parasites took notice of him as his reputation was widely respected.

Matter Manipulation: Jakob can reconstruct any matter into any shape he wished. For example, he could reconstruct a tree into a brick wall.
Antimatter: Jakob can send particles of antimatter into objects to destroy his surroundings.
Mechanical implants: Despite his limit to only manipulation of matter and not energy, Jakob can achieve this ability through his mechanical implants. He is weaker at this though, and can only take so much energy control before his implants overheat, ceasing to function temporarily and causing him such immense pain he could go unconscious. He can move and manipulate the form of energy, much like he does with matter.
Age: 19, but he looks at least 24
Appearance: A tall man for his age wearing artificial black leather armor when in his costume. He has spiky black hair of a medium length. His face, when uncostumed, is simaler to that of saix, but with a pointier nose and thinner lips. He wears no cape when in his costume, as he found them annoying and useless. He wraps all of his face besides the eyes in black cloth. If you were to strip him naked, you would find small metal spikes coming from his chest, shoulders, elbows and knees. These are his implants.
Personality: He dislikes pretty much everyone, especially criminals. He cares only for himself, but hunts down criminals with a burning passion ever since his parents were killed by thugs.
Bio: Jakob Ramsey had a pretty normal childhood. That was, at least, until the age of ten. At that point his parents were killed by thugs who wanted their car and money. He sought out revenge, so he stole a gun and hunted down the thugs. He never found them, but a burning rage filled his heart. So when he came down with a case of cancer at 18, he agreed to allow them to do experiments on his body. They toyed with his DNA, and he soon found he had extraordinary abilities. They also installed the implants, a lesser victory, but still a victory. The DNA treatments also cured his cancer. So he escaped to hunt down criminals, making his armor from an old couch in his old house. He isn't a member of the league of parasites OR Young Liberty, he is just a rogue who only cares for justice, and not the safety of innocents. He won't hesitate to kill heroes if they get in his way, nor would he object to killing civilians to get to the villains.
