Depends. The hardest to beat was Xaldin but the most powerful is probably Lexaeus.

Xaldin is indeed tough to beat. He was the toughest for me to beat in the whole game. Thank Square Enix for Mickey.

Marluxia , even though he's a she-male , he was hard to beat. He was pretty cold and villainous too.

In terms of strength I think Saix and Marluxia were tough.

i say both xalidan and luxord were for me. Xalidan cuz of his swift moves, and luxord cuz i could figure out how the timer thing worked plus when i was the dice i coudnt move or attack him.

Fighting-wise, I'd have to say Xaldin. The whole dragon part thing and just his lances got me down a couple of times.

lexaeus deffinatly. he is the strongest in the org easy. not very hard to beat but he is the strongest physically

being the physically strongest doesn't mean a lot if you're fighting someone with speed as seen by Riku.

Xigbar cause he's just made for fighting. He has good battle tactics and his snipers are just awesome. And according to his scar and eyepatch, he's some sort of veteran.

Will have to go with Saix. He's also the most intimidating one imo, and he has the whole Berserker thing going for him.
