I'm not sure myself of who is the toughest member of the Organization, but when it comes to fighting them in the game, hands down to Xaldin.
I ALWAYS have trouble beating this dread locked douchebag!

Definetly Lexaeus, heis huge and bulky, and carries around that giant tomohawk. Toughest looking guy in the whole organization

oh my god thank you dude. i thought this forum was going to be about which boss was toughest to kil (xaldin by the way). and i'm reading these posts about how every different guy has been through "tough" and emotionally traumatizing things. what the hell
