are the premium avatar boards worth it? I've never bought one (cheap guy here) but the attack boost 3 and attack boost 2 max skills sound attractive

Of course this update happens right after I decide to risk it and pull for Kairi...... If I knew this was coming I would have used my jewels on the avatar board, even the score assistance deal sounds pretty good. Great. I'm never using a single jewel again :(

The bonus time for weekend raid doesn't have the lux x2 and double encounter rate anymore after the maintenance. Why?

It works fine for me. Are you sure you're checking it at the right time? There was some day light savings stuff happening, so everything happens an hour later in the game now for me. It confused me first, so maybe that's it for you as well?
