New Scans and Figure

Next week's issue of Japanese magazine Shonen Jump features an article on Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days!

The article contains the first detailed look at Demyx and his role in the new title, as well as Roxas participating and training inside the Olympus Coliseum! In the bottom left of the scan, details about the new panel feature are shown. The panels can be set to change your character's attributes, much like an accessory. NEW KINGDOM HEARTS FIGURE

Square Enix Products has recently announced the release of a new Sora figure for June 2009! This 9.8" tall figure is made in the likeness of a Sora avatar from the Kingdom Hearts Mobile feature. Unfortunately, the adorable figure comes with price tag to match it's oversized head. This figure retails at approximately $129.99.

358/2 DAYS IN GAME INFORMER

Thanks to KHInsider Forum member Sora/Riku/Kairi for the head's up! The most recent issue of Game Informer magazine featured a small article on Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, mentioning a tentative release date. The article did not feature any new images and it's information on the Japanese release date is outdated, but here's what it had to say:

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 DaysNow that Re:Chain of Memories has hit North America, Square Enix finally confirmed that "Three Five Eight Days Over Two" will release here as well. While Sora's taking a year-long snooze between CoM and KH 2, players control Roxas as he joins and eventually leaves Organization XIII, A new 14th member of the organization, Xion, plays a major role in the story, though her motives are unclear at this point. Four-player local multiplayer lets fans control their favorite organization member as the work together (and against) each other to complete a series of missions. No U.S. release date has been announced, but using the February Japan launch as a guide, we won't see 358/2 Days until late summer of early fall.
