Complete these Gauntlet Challenge Quests to earn Jewels, Chip, Dale, and Magic Mirror Medals, a Power Gem, and more!
Unlike our past Gauntlet Challenge Quests, all are available from the start!
Additionally, by defeating enemies in these quests you will obtain Event Coins, which can be used on the Event Board to unlock fabulous rewards!
Take a look at the Event Quests and Event Board in-game to find out what rewards are being offered!

During the campaign period, a set of seven Special Quests with exclusive Illustrated Halloween Sora Medals will be unlocked when you purchase the Weekly Jewels Extravaganza (includes 3,000 Jewels and other Special Quests)!
NOTE: These VIP Medal Special Quests are not daily quests, so all seven will be unlocked at the time of purchase.

May still be lacking, but thankfully have more stuff to keep us a TINY but busier than last few weeks!
EDIT - is it me or have SENA been quiet about these 2k jewels & Mickey/Brooms medal? I know we only hit it a few days ago but today was the deadline - 12pm has just passed in UK, got my daily login and still no bonuses?

Pretty easy gauntlet challenge. I only had difficulty on the black copters at the end, but I used my "my friends are my power!" tactic, and was able to defeat it. ( That tactic basically consists of using Counterpoint with all these buffs and debuffs at the beginning, then putting a Namine at the end so she can absorb all those buffs and pass it onto the copied "friend" medal, so it's quite the literal quote for this tactic... it easily helped me beat the camel in Proud mode+ magic quest. XD So yeah, it's a very strong tactic.)

SENA is dishing out VIP medals like no tomorrow. In JP, can't you guilt them for one week of VIP? Correct me if I'm wrong, because I could be... But I think this is a really crappy business practice.
The lack of new event medals is becoming more and more obvious. I can't believe they had absolutely nothing for anniversary in that way, no reprints, no new ones, no nothing. Just more "Buy the outrageously overpriced VIP pack TWICE to guilt this exclusive medal". *sigh*
The fact that we got a jewels challenge for this week is nice, though. It feels like they've been rather spotty as of late. Still, after completing this, I can see how it will lock a lot of people out from getting the rewards.

The thing is, SENA gets flamed on a daily basis on Twitter. Do you think they've changed their business practice of greed? Do they listen to the community...the players that are pouring money into their pockets? No, they're not listening. So, why should I keep throwing money at them?
I'm gonna say it. I think they are purposely cruel. Players continue to beg for brooms, events, content. And SENA, they maliciously give us VIP medals and more pay banners.
Does anyone have instructions on how to get in on the JP game? How do you do it? I'm done with SENA and am willing to lie and say I live in Japan if I have to. White lie? LOL.

Yes! A very old Apple iPad 1st Generation. LOL. So old, can't play multi-player cause it crashes when all players are hitting the Boss at once. LOL. Would appreciate any help on switching to JP. Thanks in advance.

Well, ok. First of all, you'll have to create an Apple ID, which you can do at appleid.apple.com!
It should be easy from there. Just type in everything, choose Japan (tell me if you don't know the kanji), and then you'll get an E-Mail.

Well at least you spent the money and got what you wanted. Unlike people who actually pay money for pulls for banners like the HD Namine one which IS gambling.
...Although I doubt you'll be satisfied with the amount of Illustrated Halloween Soras they gave you - not even being enough to guilt. =/ So they'll still get you.

If you do, then it wouldn't be surprising. Freemium games are intentionally designed to be addictive. There's always an aspect of these games that sets off the pleasure centers in your brain, and once you've felt that exhilaration a few times and are properly invested, then the game is designed to make it increasingly difficult to obtain that same high, similar to any other form of addiction.
In this case, we have medal pulls. Getting a good pull is extremely exciting, and that's the WOOHOO feeling that this game wants you to chase. Pulls cost jewels. Jewels, aside from straight up buying them, take time to accumulate through playing the game. That also applies for every other resource in the game, like EXP medals, evolve medals, munny, and so forth. You can build them up for free, but it takes a lot of play time. But, play the game for too long and you run out of AP and have to wait hours to play again. Eventually, you'll get fed up with waiting and think "Screw it, what's $15 to get 3000 jewels and unlock everything all at once?" and boom, the cycle begins. And as you get used to the way the game treats you once you've thrown money at it, it begins to feel normal to spend money on the game repeatedly, especially because each purchase doesn't feel that big. But over time, it adds up very very fast until you've spent hundreds of dollars without realizing it.
Ever heard of the whole "Put a frog in boiling water and it'll jump out, but set it in normal water and slowly turn the heat up and it'll just sit there and die" thing? That's the way freemium games are designed to take your money. Normal people would never pay $100 in a single transaction on a mobile game. But $15 every now and again to speed things along? Sure. And in no time, you still spend that same $100 anyway.

Well, I mean, either way it is overpriced. $19.53 is really bad, but so is $15.
I'm not arguing that $19.53 isn't worse, but in my mind they're both outrageously overpriced.

If people want SENA to drop the price they'd have to a) stop paying it, potentially b) stop playing the game, and c) leave them a review on the App/Play Store on why you quit. That's the only way they'll care.
I am not saying people shouldn't voice their opinions. I'm just saying that it won't change anything if they do it on reddit and on internet forums.

(Sorry, this is my first message ever even i have been visiting this website for years alreade, and I don't know how to quote T_T)
I live in Spain and we pay in €, it was supposed to be 15€, but because i changed my address in Google wallet to play this game when it came out in NA, it has always been 14€ with some cents because the game thinks I live in NA, therefore it cpnverts $ to €.
So that is a way you can get round that ;)
Ps: I don't know whether there be a country which pays less than 15€, that would be neat.

Hmm, well that is interesting. I think the minimum was 15 euros. But with currencies having a different values and stuff (not sure if I use the correct English terms, but you get my drift), we just have to figure out where the euro is worth the most compared to the local currency and pretend we live there. Not sure if this is legal though...
As to the fact that we would now have to buy 25 euro cards instead of 15 euro cards, and we don't want to spend those 8 extra euros. You could always just buy the grey Apple Card and add 17,99 euros to it. This way you don't have to spend more then you want. The grey Apple Card lets you add funds from 15 euros up to 500 euros.
Edit: and I just read that article you linked Muke. Apparently it's not sure if these changes are permanent, coz apparently they are some kind of promotion. So we could always hope I guess.

Can't beat the stupid Black Copter in one turn. At best I can get it to six bars.
I don't mind too much though, because I just wanted the Jewels, but I hate being soooo close to finishing the board. XD
