★Celebrate the Release of KINGDOM HEARTS 2.8 and get HD Aqua Medals!
・KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is almost here and it's time to celebrate! Defeat enemies and open treasure chests to collect Event Coins to progress through the Event Board!
・You can get great prizes from the Event Board such as the limited HD Aqua Medal as well as Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Moogle Medals!
・In addition to the six HD Aqua Medals obtainable from the Event Board, all players who log in during this event period will receive a free HD Aqua Medal! Collect all seven and unlock her Special Attack Bonus!
■Tips for this Event!
★Find the Huge Shenaneggan!
・The Shenaneggan drops a large amount of Event Coins!
・If you're lucky and find the Huge Shenaneggan, it drops even more Event Coins which can boost your progress through the Event Board!
・Try your best to hunt them both down!

How strange, i didnt get a log in Bonus medal either. Just the one from the board.

Yes, we finally get her event and are able to guilt here, luckily I was around when they gave one away for free, so I have 2 opportunities at getting a good guilt òwó9

Nice. I won't be using her since boosted Donald is just better in every way, but always nice to get more medals guilted.

im guessing this HD Aqua is the only 2.8 we're gone have for 2.8 release date unlike JP they got the new 2.8 Aqua medal

I removed her from my keyblade sometime ago, and now with a boosted Donald I'm just not really very excited. I suppose her random attack effect means I can attack multiple enemies, so I'll definitely guilt her and see. However, she ain't no Meowjesty and I think you pretty much need that level of attack to justify using a random attacker. =/

Who knows, maybe we'll get them nerfed, it's possible they'll have the abilities of HD Roxas and Key Art 1 (JP), especially since it seems they're delaying the Key Arts until the anniversary.

I don't really think it's stating that. I think it's stating that SENA doesn't want to give us the new 2.8 medals but does want to give us something, so why not finally allows us to guilt the HD Aqua they originally released, they say.

I'd take them nerfed, don't even care. I just wish we'll get them! We never got the combination medal for DDD back when we had that event. You know, the one with Sora, Riku and Meow Wow... At least give us that, it was super cute!

Guilting is fine, Nova level and all. Bur I probably won't take her back into my deck. Wish she had an AoE attack.

I just realized my original HD Aqua has an Attack Boost II on it. I haven't been able to apply any such skills to Classic Donald, so a guilted HD Aqua might actually be better for me than Classic Donald. Assuming I get a good guilt. Which is unlikely. lol

You could also use that Aqua on Donald, so that he gets the skill.

Not a guarantee that it will transfer over. It's a big risk to try and get ABII on Donald.

Yes. It doesn't take all that long to max out a skill, so it's usually worth it maxing it out before transfering.

That's… strange. The way I know it, 100% is always guaranteed if you maxed the skill out. It's always been that way for me as well, so I wondered why you said it's not guaranteed it'd transfer over. xD

I used to mess up skill transfer sometimes by not putting it in the first slot, or turning off the "overwrite skill" button, now I always make sure that the message says "100% chance" before confirming fusing the medals. But I guess there could be a glitch too?

It's really a case by case basis betwewn the two. On the one hand, a Boosted Donald deals far more damage depending on the Skill as it has higher base attack. On the other hand, HD Aqua's Special Multipler is higher and consistent (3.50 all the time Vs 3.49 only at full HP) and is more cost efficient (1SP compared to 2SP). Considering their optimal situation, it depends on your deck and what you need at the time. Maybe there's a Proud Mode quest where we'll need 1SP Medals, and HD Aqua will shine there. It's up to you really.

I never have stopped using Aqua (but then again, I didn't guilt Donald until this week, and I didn't get max guilt on him)
That said, I welcome being able to guilt her. I prolly will have a setup with Donald in it, but Aqua has her uses. I used a lot of Chip and Dales on her, plus a AB2. She got a lot of luuuv. Well, she's finally getting guilt..and more luv. ^^

I also passed down some abilities from maxed out medals with a 100% chance.
I'm not sure it's the rule, but it's there.

As long as the criteria are met that 1) the ability is maxed out and 2) it is in the first medal slot, it will guarantee transfer.
I'm glad we can finally guilt her, if not for my OCD ticks alone.

If I delete guilted medals that are unneeded like the ones in the boost your nova level that's been going on recently, it won't make my nova level go down will it?

It won't, Nova is tied to your Album.

But you say differently... Ok I will have to test it then. My nova level is in the 200's so if i lose 5 levels than it won't be too bad.
Tested and deleting guilted medals did not effect my nova level. That's good then since I have a bunch of medals I have guilted and do not use. So would be good to be able to make a space for some new ones!

You have to see Nova level like your actual level. Your level can not be reduced from anything you do. You reach it, you can only go up (unless you restart altogether, of course).

Is it just me or is the Weekend Raid Boss event board gone?
Considering I'm getting event coins from it, I should be able to spend it somewhere.
If you don't have the board just close the app and open it again so that it updates, that sometimes happens to me too.

By the way I kinda dislike how it got more and more annoying to reach the stronger enemies for the nova event. Like today, my character keeps jumping back and forth while I'm trying to get into the canals. So aggravating.

Yeah true, took me a while to find the right spots to jump over the fence. I don't really see why they thought it was a good idea, or if the difficult navigating was even intentional.
