It most likely has something to do with a mod. Otherwise, why would Monkey even put it in the announcements section? Now we know it has to be a mod, so we either

1) Have to wait a bit until a curtain mod doesn't come for awhile.
2) We can try to get info about any of the mods, and try to see if that person is dead or not.

Doing both could also be a good idea as well.
