Square was really ahead of its time! It was developing a PS4 game before the PS3 was even out!

If that was their original intention or not is debatable. Either way, it ended up being a timely, organic process in the PS4's case.

Not like they will have to cut content to get it to fit on a DVD like they did with FFXIII. Don't really care; its just a port, it's being designed with Sony's hardware in mind.

Microsoft probably paid off Square Enix to port it, because I don't think that was in their original intent.
