The first time I saw Jungle Book I thought "Why does the snake sound like Pooh?!" xD
Since the first game came out 11 years ago and there being another saga after KH3 do you guys think HJO and David Gallagher will want to keep playing Sora and Riku? I know do play the same roles for a long time (just look at Disney) but do you think they'll want to stay on? We've already had several main characters change voices (Kairi, Namine, Ansem SoD, and of course Ansem the Wise).

You can't really compare the casting changes for those characters to that of HJO and David not wanting to reprise their roles. Hayden was too busy with her other jobs and couldn't return for Kairi and Xion. Christopher Lee is in his 90s. He can't keep flying back and forth from London to LA (why they don't just record the lines in the UK, I'll never understand). What happened to Billy Zane is anybody's guess.

We can say without a hint of doubt that both HJO and David want to continue playing their characters. David at least, said it himself last year at Anime Conji.

Whatever the reason for Billy Zane not reprising his role as Ansem SoD, it hardly matters after a decade.

Everyone would be pissed if they recast Riku... xD

If Zane ever came back as Ansem SoD, I'd feel it'd be a slap in the face to Richard Epcar.

Considering Zane's not even an A-List actor anymore and you'll only find him in cheesy Lifetime films, they are better off with Richard Epcar who is considered an A-class voice actor and a veteran in the business.

Indeed. He's been hired by dreamworks to do voice directing for their movies. That's how famous Epcar is in the industry.

Also, He has a lot of insight on the buissness.

I think Sir Christopher Lee was great as Ansem, He has the powerful weight in his voice and it works well for his character. It's pretty cool he has done the voice twice and will go down in game history for that role for him. Corey does a fine job as DiZ but won't ever fully be Chris. It will go well for 1.5 without chris and Wayne Allwine.

Exactly. Zane was great but honestly after a decade of Epcar I dont see why it still matters.

Ben Diskin's Official Fanpage Considering where the story seems to be going (new Organization XIII) I think YMX will probably be in KHIII. Even if he isn't in the game: OMG IT'S GETTING MADE!!!!!!!!!
