Parents pet peeves?

Does anyone have parents that do little things that annoy you nearly on daily basis?
As for me, I do.
My parents constantly open my room door and walk out without closing the door.
I would constantly have to tell them to close it and when they do, they only pull the door without fully closing it.

Regardless of what I'm doing, save for sleeping, my step mum always insists I have my room's door open.

A soft tap and then just coming in without waiting for a response sort of defies the point of knocking. When one knocks, they should wait for the person inside; otherwise it's just a warning that they're about to invade on your privacy. Ugh people.

That's my dad right there. I get annoyed. And he just comes in the room and looks outside the window, i'm like, " What the hell are you looking at that you cant see from another place?"
But other than that, nothing comes to mind.

I hate it when my parents get in my personal space. Like, for example; I'm making toast and my gramps comes up to me, like right in my face and he starts talking. I'm like, "YOU'RE STEALING MY MOTHERFUCKING OXYGEN."

Another thing is when they give me the disproving/emotional blackmailing look when I tell them I want to change my career options.

Whenever I'm talking to somebody else around my mom she always asks what I'm talking about. If I tell her, she'll usually just say "oh." Like, wtf, why did you need to know :<

My mom does the same thing. And she also constantly asks me to do things that I've already done.

When my parents pick up my stuff and put it somewhere when it doesn't need moving, and then they forget where they've put it. Seriously, I've lost around £80 thanks to them moving shit around.

Whenever I wear something fancy or nice, my mm and sisters go, "Wow, you look handsome." In a creeoy, perverted kind of tone. When I am about ready to go to bed everyone decides, one after another, to come in.

well:

1. my father's usually a cool down to earth guy, but sometimes, the way he talks to me, the fact that i'm 21 years younger than him makes me little better than dirt.

2. my mom doesn't think i deserve any privacy save for locking my bathroom door. i swear to god if she removes my door i'll stoop to nudism to get it back.

3. very rarely does my mom wait for me to reply. 2 taps on the door, and then opens up.

4. i have a feeling that my mom WANTS to ground me for something. when she's not at work or talking loudly on the phone in spanish like an obnoxious buffoon, she has her head sticking in my room, even when it's something innocent like reading or watching a crappy sitcom.

5. my parents' punishments are like you guys' on steroids. get caught watching porn? kiss your computer liberty goodbye until you graduate. (this was a year ago) (and as i'm sure many of you guess, this is more my mother's idea than my father's. he himself told me i'd be free by now if it was up to him.)

6. unwillingness to allow balance into my academic schedule. i mean, i know i'm a junior and all, but i'm taking 2 year long AP courses, 1 semester long one, and a 2 year IB course. I deserve some fun in my day, if i may say so.

There is no reasoning with them, they're always right. But they don't do shit like dig into my stuff, or make me leave my door open.

Just reminded me of the most obvious thing I hate. D:

My parents are French and consequently when I get home I speak with them in French but outside the house I speak English. Or when I'm on the net, but whatever, you get me. My mum, when I have a few friends over, always talks to me in French and my friends have no idea what she's saying. It really pisses me off because it's plain rude when she can just speak in English and my friends have confronted me before and have asked what she's said about them. She hasn't, but she knows it gives the wrong impression and that's what's bad about it.

this isn't really a problem anymore, but my mom used to never know if i was joking or not. for example, ever since i was like fifteen years old, whenever i'm about to go hang out with friends, they will always ask what i'm going to do, and nine times out of ten my reply is either "smoke weed", "do blow", or "drugs sex money." i mean, now, mom usually gets to the punchline before me, but for like the first week i started using that line she thought i did drugs. i've gotten pretty ridiculous with my jokes lately, to the point where this problem has reversed, and she never thinks i'm serious anymore.

also, whenever my dad uses the hall bathroom he never closes the door so if i'm not cautious i sometimes catch a glimpse of his penis which is pretty buck nasty to say the least.

That happens so many times at my house it gets so annoying...

For pet peeves, I don't really have too much of a problem with my mom. I guess my only peeve with her is when we occasionally argue, she gets this tone in her voice. Hate that. Then there's the part where if she gets mad over something so little, it makes me upset too. But being under stress I could understand why but I just join in for some reason.
