First of all, you are seriously underestimating Larxene considering she almost injured Sora fatally with just one of her kicks (if it wasn't for Donald healing him, the kid would've been fried), especially putting her after Demyx. Because she's a girl and wields kunai does not make her any weaker than the rest. I would place her before Lexaeus (he's slow, while Larxene has speed, I could just think how many hits she'll land). That, and Axel is not that strong either. I'd say put him after Xigbar, considering Patchy has Space/Gravity on his hands.

Also, have Saïx and Xaldin switch places, since Nomura stated himself in a 358/2 Days info, that the strongest Org. members he thinks are Xemnas, Roxas, and Xaldin, respectively. So the list will be:

2. Roxas
3. Xaldin
4. Saïx
5. Marluxia
6. Xigbar
7. Axel
8. Larxene
9. Lexaues

I'd say Axel and Larxene are almost at the same level, it could be a toss up, they both look like they can equal each other as there are many ways I can think of what they can block and attack. I'm still not sure at what exact places Saïx, Marluxia, and Xigbar should be either...I can't see if Marluxia surpasses Xigbar or not.

I actually don't know about Vexen and Demyx....ice freezes water, does it not?

I was going to show the info on KH-Vids.net, but is having difficulties right now. And I don't know if the information was in KHIinsider since it was a long while ago, but for now, this is the best I could find -

Xemnas, Xaldin, and Roxas enter a considerably strong class.

I wanted to find the KH-Vids one since the info is more clearer, but this would have to do for now, I guess.

Just to clarify and whatnot: Xigbar's element is Gravity [that's why he can flowt]. His weapons are dual snipers.
Saix's element is Berserk [he goes into a rage when he touches moonlight, and his name, "Luna Diviner" is the whole point about that].
Zexion's element is the Shadows [because he can bend light to make him look like anyone, but bending light doesn't give physical force like the darkness does, i guess.]
Xemnas' weapons are "light sabers." And his element isn't "Nothingness" it's "Darkness." [Which is apparently differant from "Shadows."]
Axel's previous body was Reno from FF7 [Reno's favorite drink was ale, so they took "ale" and changed it to make "Axel"].
And the Silent Hero's name is spelled "Lexaeus" not "Lexaues."
That's all the stuff I noticed off of the bat and that I knew for sure was right...and I'm really dissapointed that Saix's element isn't the moon, because I- Yeah I'm not even gonna get into that....<<

I don't agree with Vexen being at the bottom. I personally think that Demyx is the worst followed by Luxord (Luck =/= skill). My list on the strongest would go:

I think that Saix>Roxas because Roxas barely beat Axel in Twilight Town and Axel is very frightened of Saix (seen in HB).

Ïsa ~ Saïx enters a berserk -mode. Berserks were scandivanian warriors, who entered a trance-like state to be invincible. Saïx´s berserk-mode is similar. Ïsa was the god of berserks. When the moon was on it´s fullest, that was believed to be Ïsa´s eye. So berserkers believed Ïsa being watching them, so they couldnt lose in battle on that night. Ïsa was loyal to Thor, a god. Thor had hammer, which created thunder. Ïsa teared off his left eye to show his loyalty to Thor. Thor put the eye of Ïsa on sky and people saw it as the Moon. Berserkers believed to be unbeatable when "Ïsa´s eye" turned all yellow(full moon). Saïx´s eye also turns all yellow in berserk-mode. So I choose Ïsa to be Saïx´s original name.

Dyme ~ Dyme was ancient city in Greece. Hercules´s lover used to live there. Demyx is surprisingly showed first time in Hercules´s world. So I choosed Dyme.

Droul ~ Droul was a scottish pirate in about year 1600. Droul loved gambling and he won lots of games by cheating. He used cards, which had another card inside. Luxord was shown in PotC-world, so I choosed Droul.

I didnt choose names for Marluxia and Larxene from your list, but:
