Kingdom Hearts V-CAST Game Files Ripped

It's always very exciting when V-CAST stuff rises to the surface. Some of these assets are actually quite good for an ancient phone game.

I guess this is the best place to post this, but I found my old phone with the game on it at Agrabah, so I ripped the files from the phone and put them on MEGA. (The layout of my rip is based on the layout of Wedge's rip, so I think I included everything related to the game on my phone.)

Oh wow! I don't think we have a lot of information about how Agrabah went in this game, so that's really exciting.

I'm actually really upset because I have an old verizon phone that had the wonderland episode on it, and it died YEARS BACK.
Its bricked but for some reason I always kept it and it haunts me everytime I remember it's here that I'll never play V-cast anymore

This is such a weird piece of KH history. As the one title that had no involvement from Nomura/Square it's an insight into how very different the direction of the series could've gone after KH1 had Disney preferred taking more control of the IP once it was a hit. Less original characters (again, post-KH1 where there weren't as many originals to begin with), Maleficent getting full-on main villain status, core gameplay probably wouldn't have evolved as much as it did.

Good point; I honestly would've preferred this more, but to each their own. We probably would've gotten that Disney Channel show to run tandem with it. I like Final Fantasy/Square, but Disney is more important to me.

As wrong as it sounds, I think it needs the convoluted BS to maintain its popularity, and it wouldn't be as popular as it is now if Disney primarily ran it; like this forum probably wouldn't exist or be as big as it is.

If you happen to have a compatible phone it should be able to run the game, though it's only one episode.
Far as I know an emulator doesn't exist.
