"Cable town?" I think I missed something.Whatever that "Cable Town" world is that we heard of, I feel like it's either going to be this world or what Land of Departure will look like when Castle Oblivion is restored.
here a clear image of the town

This somehow looks like a pretty nice mixture of Kalm (FF VII) and Lindblum (FF IX) to me. I really like it.
Looks pretty groovy. Lighting is ass, but it's a development screenshot, and we're not even sure what it's platform of use is... To be honest, I doubt we'll be coming here in KH3. This area looks to be devoid of any sort of 'game' design, it looks small, and it's got a sort of stagey perspective to it... I think we'll only see this baby in cutscenes.
To be honest, I don't know if I'd want this world. I feel like if they brought it back in KH3, they probably would give it some kind of Radiant Garden feeling.
Only bad thing i have to say is it looks a little too depressing.
Then again you never know, the lightning could easily shift from this to something brighter like a cycle or something.
Or maybe it's supposed to give a feeling of ghost town?
Well, technically spoken it should ge a ghost town since it is a place from before the Great Keyblade War.
The war in which, y'know, supposedly everyone but a few children perished at the conclusion.
It's also possible that IF Daybreak town is in KH III at all (this picture is for 2.8 Back Cover, is it not?) that it will be nothing but a phantom/spectral recording or a dream, like i.e. that special sphere of Zanarkand Seymor showed to Yuna & co. in FF X.
In that case it will probably have a totally creepy, eerie field music that keeps players on their toes at all time, uneasily awaiting what might be waiting around the next corner with possibly exceptionally powerful enemies around, including a horde of Nightmare Chirithys.
Well, it is a daybreak. You know - super early in the morning when the Amish peoples get up and churn butter and make those little wooden drawer thingies.Only bad thing i have to say is it looks a little too depressing.

*nods head in accordance* this is pretty much how I envision Daybreak Town working as a world in KINGDOM HEARTS III. When initially explored, it'll be a ghost town full of Heartless popping everywhere. Maybe a group of survivors are hidden somewhere, maybe not. But I wonder *how* they're going to introduce Daybreak Town on KHIII (assuming it even makes it there which, honestly, sounds plausible, seeing as how it's possible they're making assets in Break Cover and 0.2 to be utilized on 3, too).
