POLL

Who do you prefer to play as in Kingdom Hearts 3D?

Sora - 100%
Riku - 0%

Total votes: 1, but the poll doesn't work yet

Neku

First Appearance: KINGDOM HEARTS 3D [Dream Drop Distance] (2012)
Origin: THE WORLD ENDS WITH YOU (2008)
Japanese Voice Actor: Kouki Uchiyama
English Voice Actor: Jesse David Corti

An introverted attitude problem with a passion for music and graffiti. In his world, his existence came to an end and he was forced to play the Reapers' Game.

This version of Neku came into being when Joshua, as a last ditch effort to keep something of his friends alive, placed the remnants of Rhyme's dreams into Traverse Town in the Realm of Sleep - to his surprise, dreams take a physical form in the Sleeping Ream, and Neku's group were given a second chance at existence.

Neku first encounters Sora when Sora falls into the Sleeping Worlds, and teaches him how to summon and combat the Dream Eaters. After that, Sora and Neku team up so Neku can be reunited with his game partner, and try to figure out a way to beat the "Game" and return home.

Neku betrayed Sora's trust in order to gain help from a powerful and mysterious hooded boy, but at the last second Neku has a change of heart and saves Sora, solidifying their friendship.

Later, Neku reunites with his partner, Shiki, and with Sora's help, they try to trap a Dream Eater that stands in the way of their return home. This Dream Eater can jump through realities, but thankfully Joshua, Riku, Beat and Rhyme help corner the monster - who flies off to another world at the last second.

Riku and Sora promise to destroy the Dream Eater, and end their new friends' mission once-and-for-all. Neku promises to wait for them in his hometown of Shibuya.
