An omniscient being who fancies himself a conductor of sorts, Joshua's powers and knowledge cross the boundries of superhuman. Joshua, in a last-ditch effort to save the existences of his friends, gathered toegether Rhyme's dreams of them in Traverse Town - which exists as a Sleeping World. To his surprise, the dreams took physical form and gave his friends a second chance at life. Joshua admits that it wasn't just Traverse Town that did this, but Sora and Riku acknowledging their existences. When they saw the others as real people, it solidified them. Joshua can also cross realities, and it's he that notices that Sora and Riku - though both technically in the same world at the same time, have stumbled into alternate realities that are running parralel to each other. Sora doesn't seem to mind, but Riku begins to realize that something has gone wrong with the Mark of Mastery Exam. When a Dream Eater the others have been chasing flees to another world, Joshua assures Riku and Sora that they can defeat it and help send the others home. Joshua promises to meet up with Sora and Riku again if they can ever make it to Shibuya. |
