Geppetto

An elderly woodcarver, Geppetto poured his heart and soul into making his puppet of a son, Pinocchio, and loves the wooden boy dearly despite Pinocchio's mischievous antics. The destruction of his home world does not deter him from finding his son, and has been travelling from world to world in search of him. The journey is put on hold however when he is swallowed by Monstro the Whale. Geppetto is reunited with Pinnochio within Monstro's bowels, but comes very close to losing his son to a malevolent Riku. Thanks to Sora, Donald and Goofy's efforts, Pinocchio is spared and they are able to escape the whale. Shortly after, Leon finds him a home in Traverse Town. Eternally grateful, Geppetto indulges in his fascination with Gummi Blocks and assists Sora by providing him Gummi blueprints. |
