Personality: Prankster. Still waters run deep. Hidden depths. Moody. All of these words could be used to describe Snow, since he's much like the seas. Always changing, for the most part he's pretty pleasant. So, when he's in a pleasant mood, Snow enjoys a good prank, he's constantly looking for a way to have fun. He's the one that's lukewarm between him, Ty and Jack. He's mellower than Jack, but more outgoing than Tyler. Flirty to an extent, he tries to keep the girls happy by showering with compliments, something that his girlfriend tries to understand but sometimes she still gets a little jealous.
At this point, Snow will focus more on her than on other girls, reassuring her of her place in his heart. He's joked about her being like a cat when a new kitten or pet gets brought into the house; which leads to another trait of his. Snow will crack a joke pretty much about anything, although there are certain things he won't joke about, and if someone happens to do so he'll instantly fly off the handle toward them. Compassionate, Snow gives everything a hundred percent; no matter what it is. If he can't give it his all, then Snow won't participate, since to him it's an "all or nothing" kind of deal.
Now, for when he's not in a good mood; you may want to run, especially if you're the source of his anger. Moody at best, downright vengeful at worst. Snow is vindictive, cold, ruthless and flat out cruel at times. He'll say things that he knows will hurt someone the deepest, especially if he knows it'll break their fighting spirit. Fast to throw a punch in a fight, he won't care if it's in self-defense or not. He has no problem with getting someone afraid of him, hell he'll even enjoy it if he can get them terrified enough.
Dark to the point it can make Tyler look cheerful, he doesn't particularly care if he upsets his friends at this point. Manipulative, he'll figure out the best way to get at someone, even if it involves tearing down the confidence in so many fashion. Even so, he does have morals in this regard, he tries to keep this level of cruelty only in reserve for those that truly deserves it and he never uses it against Shauna or a child; he's also never done it to Tyler. Jack? Yeah, he's done it to Jack, on a couple of occasions actually *something he's not proud of*.
After his temper starts to calm down, Snow is genuinely horrified at his treatment of others. Also, if it's possible, he'll apologize up and down for it and do whatever he has to do to make it up to the person he was cruel to. Snow also harbors a ton of self-loathing because of his darker traits, but he tries to hide it behind a cheerful facade. Confident but not arrogant, Snow tries his best to help those that need his help, even if it means doing something most others would consider unfavorable; especially if that person is someone that he cares about.
Appearance: Snow has messy dark brown-black hair and dark aquamarine eyes. His skin tone is caught somewhere between fair and dusky, something he blames on his French-Indian bloodline. In terms of height, he’s the tallest in his batch of friends, standing at 6’3â€, he’s muscular but still surprisingly light on his feet. Snow’s go to outfit is a short sleeved white shirt and tan colored jeans (he accidently got his pants soaked in bleach), there’s a black leather belt that he wears around his waist too. For his shoes, he wears brown colored sneakers and he has a dark leather bomber jacket that he loves to wear, it’s almost like a safety thing for him. There’s a white nine on the left sleeve on his upper arm. Snow has his ears pierced, a set of blue stud earrings are his go to for them. He also wears a black choker almost constantly, and while hidden because of his jacket and shirt.
Snow also wears a black armband that he can take off and throw at someone or something to cause damage, given that it has explosive properties. Because of a dare and being incredibly drunk, Snow’s got a thin purple band that he got tattooed on his face from his time in Australia, it runs across the bridge of his nose and along his left cheekbone, just underneath the eye. He also seems to have a smile on his face, which is probably a good thing given the situations that he constantly finds himself in since it helps him to stay positive in those type of situations. Last thing is that he has the top of his ear pierced too, in that piercing he wears an aquamarine colored ear cuff that he'll sometimes switch out for an aquamarine stud earring.
Costume: Snow switches his usual gear out for a dark blue bulletproof shirt (here you get a better view of his armband) and dark wash blue jeans, which he’s somehow reinforced with metal and has also equipped a bulletproof type of a material to the fabric (please don’t ask him how, because he really doesn’t know). Black steel-toed combat boots protect his feet, and there’s a teal colored mask that he’ll wear to help hide his identity, it seems as if it’s in the shape of a fox, something that wouldn’t be expected given his code-name. The mask hides the tattoo that he got, which removes one distinguishing feature. The only connecting pieces to his civilian form is the ear cuff and choker that he insists on wearing, everything else has been switched out for more of a blue color scheme instead of the earthy tone color scheme that he seems to prefer as a civilian.
Bio: Snow's a country boy through and through, despite what some of his speech patterns may imply. Snow had to put some effort into getting the grades he gets in school, and it's through a couple of school incidents that he met up with two of his closest friends, although if you ask him they're his brothers. It was during the audition to get the leading male part in the school play that Snow befriended Jack, who was also trying to obtain that role. After audition, and a mild sulk fest, he didn't mind that he'd gotten cast as Puck from
A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare (don't ask him why they were putting that play on, he still doesn't know).
As for how he'd met Tyler, it was after a couple of weeks being friends with Jack that the duo came across Ty as some upper classmates were bullying the quiet boy. Jumping in an effort to help Ty out, Snow ended up in the deep end of the school's pool. He nearly wound up drowning, and he did get detention for a couple days, but the end result of the situation made it well worth it. He got two extremely close friends and the bullies were expelled from school for their actions. After all, it wasn't only Snow that had landed into a medical situation because of the incident; Tyler had too and that led to Jack becoming extremely stressed by the situation.
Growing closer with the two of them, it didn't take long for the boys to form a brotherhood-type bond. They'd each learned things about the others that they normally wouldn't share, and he didn't mind when they got a couple of other members to their band. What he did mind was when Tyler withdrew into himself because of the death of his parents; not to mention the growing health issues that Tyler seemed to be getting.
Snow tried to keep his head up, engaging in sports and the chores he had on the farm. He even tried to distract Jack for whenever Tyler didn't feel like talking, but whenever the last of their trio did want to talk Snow was fast to drop everything and go to listen. They were able to work through it, and Snow did notice that as they'd gotten older, his feelings for his childhood friend Shauna seemed to change and mature as they both did.
Snow briefly considered joining the military for training after he graduated school, but decided against it after some issues in his life stole his attention for the idea of the military. Snow has enrolled in a college to learn how to train service animals, something that he's always had a passion in that was only increased the more that Tyler and Shauna seemed to need it. In his spare time, Snow has taken up some musical lessons at the same time to try and help himself to distress from the other aspects in his life.
Ha, things are about to get a lot more stressful for the country boy.
Other: In his origin story, Snow is partnered/host/reincarnation of Poseidon, much like his two childhood friends and the Bardáns. Snow also likes mediating in his free time, he's also a strong believer in the flow of chakra. This and some of his other mannerisms is an indication of his Indian heritage, yet even then some people are still caught off guard to find out about his lineage. Snow also practices Hinduism in his free time, since it helps him keep his mind off of the more stressful things in his life.
Power: Earth Manipulation and Water Manipulation.
Snow is able to control the water and earth around him, even though his preferred one is water. He mainly uses his water based abilities for defense and healing, while his earth based abilities are offense and recon. While he can run into the same issues as Ty with the earth based abilities, in the sense if earth around him is heavily polluted it’ll make him sick; although he’s not as quick to get sick as Tyler. His water abilities seem to be his primary abilities, so because of that he has to make sure he remains hydrated or it’ll compromise his abilities.
Earthquake: Snow doesn't even have to truly think with this. He can cause a variant of earthquakes just by focusing his energy into the ground beneath his feet. It also seems to have improved his sense of balance though, so it takes a lot for him to get wrong footed during an earthquake. He can even control how far the tremors go with his mind, the drawback though is that by controlling an extremely strong one or multiple, Snow tires quickly from the effort.
Landslide: A variant of his earthquake ability, Snow can soften the ground on the side of a mountain and then can direct it toward his enemies. It seems to be faster moving than earthquake, but it doesn't pack quite the same punch as the other technique. Snow can control it either mentally or with his hand, if it's with his mind alone it's stronger and faster than if it's with his hand. Although, because it's more draining with his mind, Snow typically uses his hand to direct the technique, thus giving his opponent a better chance at dodging it.
Stone Dragon Ascent: He crafts a dragon out of earth and stone, which he can then use to move around the battlefield by hopping onto its back. The dragon can attack with earth type technique, while Snow will fling earth and water at his enemies. If the dragon is attacked though, it'll disappear and force Snow to be reintroduced to the ground the hard way. *think something similar to the wind dragon Xaldin can use in battle*
Gaia’s Sight: Snow uses this technique to gather information, by standing in one spot and channeling his energy toward the ground, Snow can scope out his surroundings plus gather information from overhearing conversations. The problem though is that he can't move during this, and he needs to be able to focus on the task at hand or else he won't be able to retain the information so he prefers to be alone and in quiet area when doing this. He's also open for an attack, since he's effectively having an out of body experience when doing this.
Gaia’s Rampage: By crafting a band of horses out of earth, Snow can attack his enemy while keeping his distance. He can direct the band of earth horses to go in the direction he wants with his hand, this can lead to a variation of different attack patterns. Although one indication that this is occurring, besides a bunch of earth ponies, is that Snow's eyes will be glowing green due to how much earth magic he's using. He also seems to be more irritable for a while after this technique, making him more prone to his darker personality traits.
Gaia’s Offering: While he can't summon a humanoid shaped piece of earth like Tyler can, but by giving a blood offering and sacrificing one of his earth made horses, Snow can briefly use the humanoid earth creature Tyler summons for his own benefits for a short period of time before it goes back to Tyler. Rarely used since it requires Tyler to initiate the technique.
Tsunami: The name kinda gives it away, but if Snow focuses his energy into a nearby large body of water, he can cause it to recede before it comes rushing back to attempt to drown his opponents, and at times his allies. The only one that is granted immunity to this technique is Snow, so he tries to get his allies and innocent bystanders to clear the area before he uses it.
Healing Waters: Snow is able to heal himself or his allies by surrounding them with water, it can heal up to moderate injuries that are borderline severe.
Barrier: Snow calls up some water to surround himself or his allies in a sphere, by doing this he can protect himself or his allies. he more barriers he has going on; the more concentration it takes so it doesn't last as long if it was smaller number. After a decent amount of training, Snow can protect more people and himself with only a minimal amount of effort. When it comes to protecting himself, it's just like breathing for him; there's no conscious thought involved.
Healing Spring: Similar to healing waters, Snow calls up a spring of water and can then use it to heal those that need healing. Unlike healing waters, he can only heal minor injuries with this one. This one is used for more minor injuries, like scraps and bruises; while Healing Waters is typically reserved from broken bones and moderate injuries.
Tempest: Snow can cause a storm from channeling his energy into a large body of water nearby, he can direct the storm cloud to attack his enemies that are closest to the edge of the water, just since it loses strength when he is doing it by himself. When partnered with Jack, it's a lot stronger then if Snow's doing it by himself. When done by himself, Snow gets tired quickly.
Twin Dragons: Snow calls up twin dragons, one of earth and one of water. He can turn the two elemental creatures loose on his opponents, letting the dragons fight for him instead. Snow has to be able to focus on them, or else they'll dissolve back into the elements that they were conjured from.
Mudslide: By mixing more water into his landslide technique, it becomes more of a mud like consistency. It's the fastest moving between it, landslide and earthquake, but in exchange for its speed it's weaker than the latter two techniques. Snow mainly uses this as a method of getting out of a fight, taking advantage of the more mud-like consistency of the technique to slow his opponent down to let him and his allies escape.
Elemental Band: Crafting together a band of horses from both water and earth, Snow proceeds to control the horses with his hand and directs them into a stampede toward his opponents. This technique is fast and powerful, it can also disorientate his opponent because it's very similar to getting caught in a band of horses that are running past you.
Weapon: Snow has two weapons he typically depends on, one is a
trident in reference to the deity he's taking his code name from, so a trident. This weapon he uses in a close combat situation, he's fairly skilled when it comes to using it, the weapon is only a couple inches shorter than him. His mid range to long range weapon is a
rope dart. The blade is made of iron and is shaped like an arrow head, while the rope seems to have a bluish tint to the rope. When fully unraveled, it can extend up to six and a half feet. He doesn't usually have it fully unraveled though, so that's a good thing. While he knows how to use bladed weapons and firearms, Snow would much rather not use them and use one of his two preferred weapons in combat.
