I'm currently watching Saiunkoku Monogatari, or Story of Saiunkoku, however you want to say it. 39 episodes in the first season, and the second season has already started, and it'll have 39 episodes too.

I'm currently reading DNAngel vol.11 not that amusing so far, but I know it won't disappoint.
