1. Is a spot for a shinobi available? And I mean strictly young, about 13-17 or so.

2. If so, do we -need- to be Jinchuuriki?

3. Is this dead? Kinda looks like it but I'm bored enough to consider joining something ..it just doesn't seem to be moving anywhere. Most of the cast is active, just not ..posting..story of this forum's life.
