I know it's going to be pronounced that way in Japanese, but it might changed when dubbing in English, just like how Lea became Lee.
Anyway, it's an opinion question.

well japanese and panish are alike in a few ways, when it comes to sounds that is XDIn my experience Japanese proper knowns translated to the English alphabet always have curtain vowels and vowel pronunciations the same.
ai- eye
e- ay
i- eeh
a at end of word- ah
e.t.c.
Thus, Isa= eeh-s-ah
