Re:Organization XV

The World That Never Was, black and abysmal, the dark city skyscrapers contrasting with a stark white castle hovering above them all. Each blackened tower, almost trying to reach up to the inhumanly geometric architecture, stood in silence. There was lack of sound, lack of life. Only the Heartless, the strange beings acting on instinct, blindly looking for hearts they would not find here. Those streets, lit up with street lights and glowing windows, housed no populous. Nothing about the world seemed real, and was something like out of a dream, or perhaps a nightmare.

It was one of those odd days in the world, when the bizarre atmosphere allowed for a thunderstorm. Lightning flashed, but there was no sound to follow. Erie, alien weather. Even the rain, as it created puddles on the grey concrete streets, collecting at the curbs and flowing to storm drains, made but a inaudible hissing as it made contact with the ground rapidly. It poured like little waterfalls into the sewer system below, probably making the loudest noise that would dare echo across the world for a good while-

Bzzzzzzzaaaaapppp

Or not.

Underground, a series of spacious sewers crawled around city blocks and weaved between buildings. They were normally very silent, the sewage drifting without any noise, and maybe some moonlight or neon signs shedding some light down below. This night, however, the tunnels were illuminated by epileptic purple lights, phosphorescence that was in fact concentrated and amplified and super-heated. In other words, laser beams, lots of them, being fired upon two people in black cloaks. They ran pretty fast, with the female of the two, Kinxu, in the lead. She could see a faint column of light in the distance; a manhole cover that had been lifted off when they descended earlier. This was supposed to be a simple reconnaissance mission, but they knew of their presence, somehow.

There was another flash, bright light building up behind her, and Kinxu could see her shadow stretching in front of her as the attack homed in. Immediately after she felt a hot slice at her shoulder, and the smell of smoke and burned leather whipped up unto her nose. A section of her arm was on fire- a laser had nicked her well. Infuriated and eager to make a final stand, she turned swiftly mid-step, and sweeping her arm over the murky water to her side. Her abilities gave her control over it. A stream of water jettisoned itself up, and whipped in a long, horizontal line. The assailant stumbled backwards with a loud, cracking splash. Kinxu smirked, and conjured up another stream. The Nobody that was running alongside her stopped as well, and in an icy cloud, summoned his own weapon, a blue javelin.

Their attacker recovered, brandishing two intimidating guns that attached to his arms. They whirred and clicked as more shots were charged up. The male Nobody jumped, and sent a flurry of sharp hailstones at his opponent while he was vulnerable. The weakness didn't last long, though, and he raised both arms, two bright laser blasts launching from both. Kinxu jumped to the other side of the sewer, her water following here, and narrowly missed another, much more fatal burn. She ran a few feet to synchronize her movements with her partner, watching him begin his own charge as his ice projectiles were reduced to water by the hot light. Kinxu whipped the water again, hitting him in the face this time, letting Cyolx strike at this critical moment.

Xynras, their now bumbling enemy, whacked at the lance with his arm, almost completely covered in the metal his strange weapons were made of. The lance bounced off, but before Xynras could deliver a follow-up attack, Kinxu lunged, slashing at his neck with her extended claws. They were her weapon; crystalline talons extending from each finger. The attack succeeded, and her partner regained his stance quickly enough to drive his weapon into their opponent's gullet. The large man roared in pain, then collapsed, fading away in a sparkling array of dark energy. A light show to celebrate their victory on the extremely powerful assailant. They stood, nodded to each other, and made for the meeting place at the end of the sewer.

The rain, coming through a nearby drain, drowned out the clinking of chains as they flew through the air.

The Nobodies definitely heard some sharp, slicing sound after the chains had rattled though. One of them felt it more. Kinxu checked to see why her team mate had stopped so suddenly, and he was very clearly illuminated by a neon sign that shone through a storm drain. A long, strange blade was protruding through his chest, at least a foot. She looked in horror as a much more evident series of clicks reeled the chain, this blade was attached to, back in. the Nobody coughed and spluttered before he disappeared into the darkness behind them. The was a few more of those sickening, stabbing sort of sounds, then silence.

Then, footsteps.

Kinxu blinked, trying to see beyond that blot of light that was being let in. She thought she saw some figure, and took that as a signal to strike.

Diving into the blackness, her claws unsheathed themselves to their fullest extent, and they clashed with the blade covered in icy blood. She desperately tried to follow the glint of the metal in the faint light, but it moved faster than her eyes could keep up with, let alone her hands. At one minute point, she felt panic, and less than a second later knew it was a mistake. Out of nowhere, she was whipped herself, this time with something metal. It struck her cheek and sent her roughly to the left, where the sharp edge of the blade was waiting for her. It sliced, drawing blood, nearly killing her. The next blow did.

Her body slumped backwards and started to fade immediately. The Nobody that had defeated her, though, leaned down to inspect the body. He didn't have much time, as what wasn't evaporating into black smoke was melting- trickling into the sewer to his side. It didn't take much work, though. His mission was done moments later, while Organization XV's had failed.

Re: Organization XV

"Maybe you didn't take close to a decade to get them all together, but you still took long enough," said the silver-haired man as he looked out to the eternal sunset. He felt he ought to be in a good mood now, or at least he got the impression. It can be tough to feel when you're a Nobody, and this one hadn't yet learned the tricks to at least convince himself that he did feel. He turned away from the sunset, spikes in his hair twitching as he came to face his company: A man with pale blonde hair, slicked back and starting to turn grey, looking in his fifties - though he was wiser than many double his age and more dangerous than many half his own years.

With the sunset to his back now, the man with turquoise eyes, thirty years younger than his companion even though their respect was close-to-mutual, met the gaze of the elder's amber iris. "Organization XIII was already half-formed when you decided to drag yourself out of the Realm of Darkness, even then you were still uncertain," he was trying to remain polite, but could never bring himself to reconcile his friends inaction while evil forces mustered. He had been so willing to act years ago, but his time in that forsaken Realm had drained him. Personal experiences were near gone, most relationships wiped from memory, though knowledge - facts, techniques, all impersonal but useful things - remained, and so he returned as a vessel of knowledge, with but a trace of his former self still present.

He kept his convictions though. He worked hard, pushed himself always to seek out and welcome more of their kind. It wasn't just to stop Organization XIII, though that in itself would be justification enough, this was also for those who couldn't or wouldn't be twisted by their ways. "One loses much of themselves when consumed by hate, but conviction allows other things to be preserved and grow. I don't wish to know my old self, though I bare all his knowledge, and that is supremely useful. I know now I am committed totally and utterly to all of us, and to stopping Organization XIII. Regardless, it's been months since we all came together, though two of us are on reconnaissance, they've already met you. It's the newer members I want you to meet. Where were you for all that time?"

"Always questioning," spoke the younger with a gruff laugh, "I'm not just a Nobody, I'm other things too, and you know how the universe has a thing for throwing similar people together." The senior nodded, "Too true, now come with me. We sound like we are accusing each other, and we eat up time that would be better spent with others. The two departed from the balcony, returning behind thick curtains, locking a door and drawing the the blinds closed. The mansion was larger than it had been, but Organization XV had done a good enough job of maintaining it's decor as it expanded. The two men traced a seam where old building met new addition, and opposite to them, another member entered the mezzanine through a door that seemed slightly misfit:

Xangus walked onto the scene carrying two small cloth bags, tinkling with each step, filled with coins. Though he was notorious in some of the gambling dens of Twilight Town, his winnings always ended up being spent on tools and resources to help fix, clean or improve the Old Mansion, so no one complained too much. When he noticed those on the higher level, he satirically whipped the bags behind his back, and gave a short bow, ending it with a wink for the two. The elder returned a grateful nod. Rounding a corner, the tinkling of , but faded as they passed down a corridor, with two large rooms running parallel. One was always a room for quiet - reading and contemplation - while the other was for lively discussion. Currently, words laced with concealed malice were flung between the two rooms, but when the senior intersected the vocal thoroughfare, all went silent.

In the chatting room were Xanele, Xenjin and Solux, all able to speak and act up a storm if they so pleased. Each of them looked flustered and tried to conceal it. In the now-silent room on the right, a particularly-annoyed-looking Charxai sat within a chair that barely contained him, arms crossed. With him, seen when the senior poked his head in to inspect further, were Noraxeen and Cinollex. He beckoned the former to follow them. She did so, and accompanied them in silence as the tirade exchange continued behind. Into a new room, Xana was at the kitchen, and Jynx sitting solitary in a chair at the dining table. Looking out through thin white curtains, Maddox observed the garden outside the front of the mansion. Feet could be seen dangling down outside, and it was assumed to be Revenx, who regularly spent time on the roof adjusting and testing his aim and weapon. Maddox was called out of the room, as was Jynx. The latter was a valuable addition to be sure, and the younger was left wondering how much he had accomplished since he helped him join.

The younger spoke: "Then Kinxu and Cyolx are out on that reconnaissance?" The elder nodded in affirmation. "Correct, Kurix, to The World That Never Was." The younger's stride faltered for a second, but was fixed quickly. "Do you forget what happened the last time we tried a survey there, Xemnas?" The elder waved a finger, "And that's exactly why we conduct recon. We ran into an ambush then, but by stumbling on it, we did prevent the more devastating actual attack that would have followed. Organization XIII has been too silent with us recently, that's why we spy on them now. Kinxu and Cyolx will return soon enough anyway."

The five of them, Kurix, Xemnas, Maddox, Noraxeen and Jynx, arrived at the anteroom to the main hall of the Old Mansion, and sat and arrayed themselves around various seats there. Xemnas introduced Kurix with as much warmth as he could muster, because he latter had a hard time of radiating much positive emotion unless he directly spoke it, and the recent news of recon didn't excite him to feel that way right now. Nevertheless, he introduced himself to each of the others there save for Xemnas. Kurix's recent business had kept him away from the Organization while three new members were gained. Although he was mostly freelance, Kurix was still tied to Organization XV, and still prioritised understanding each of the people within it.

Jynx was Kurix's own little discovery, though it was in Xemnas' old lab. Jynx had woken up unsure of who or what he was, but he had a Keyblade, and a very useful power. Kurix wasn't about to turn down such a potential ally and allow them to be taken advantage of. The freelance member had found Jynx among the streets of Radiant Garden, and eventually got him sent on his way to Organization XV. He was, however, totally new to Noraxeen and Maddox - he hadn't been involved in their recruitment at all. He tried his best, as he always did, to let them know about his history with Organization XV, explain some things about what he could do in battle. Practical and social introductions. He kept as openly civil as he could, but a fear in the back of his mind kept him well on-edge.

Re: Organization XV

Xenjin's silvery, almost white gloves were neatly folded on the armrest of her chair, her pale, slender fingers drumming against her thigh. The large, brown eyes travelled throughout the chatting room repeatedly, their owner not really sure where she should leave them. Lips pursed together, she changed her sitting position, exhaling soundly through her nose. A few seconds earlier she had been giggling like a maniac at the other red-headed Duracell-bunny, Xanele, yet now she didn't let anything escape from her mouth - their leader had arrived. She bit her lower lip, preventing a snicker, gaze moving from Xanele to Solux, the stargazer with long auburn hair. She had been ignoring the snarky remarks coming from the room next to the one she was in, about "being too loud" and "yawping like retards", raising her voice even higher, which of course had irritated the whiners to no end. Now everything had ceased as Xemnas walked through the room, followed by a silver-haired man she knew was called Kurix.

Xenjin waited, listening to the footsteps of the two; they moved to the other room, slowed down slightly, and finally faded away. She remained silent and still for another half a minute before daring to part her lips again. Bowing her head more towards the two other female Nobodies, she blinked, whispering loudly, with feigned seriousness;

"Can we talk now?"

Re: Organization XV

Placing both hands on the table, Jynx glanced around at everyone there. They all seemed rather new to him save for Kurix and oddly enough Xemnas. Though he hadn't met him until this exact moment, he felt as if he knew the nobody all too well. He listened to Kurix give an introduction of himself to the other members at the table. They were Noraxeen and Maddox who, he'd up until only just seen for the first time, crossing his right leg over his left under the table as his "mentor" continued. He was becoming restless, crossing his arms at his arms, tapping his fingers against his shoulder as Kurix kept on. Jynx gritted his teeth leaning forward as he began to speak, interrupting the others for a moment.

"Sorry for the interruption, but why was I brought here...and just what IS this place exactly?" He spoke slightly annoyed. After all he went from breaking free of whatever god forsaken place he was housed in to wondering the streets of Radiant Garden and meeting the man they call Kurix to now being here in this place.

"Why bring me?!" Jynx exclaimed slamming his fist down on the table, glaring at the others for an answer.

"I didn't ask for any of this..." His voice quickly grew somber, lowering his head, slumping backwards into his chair clenching his hand into fist; he squeezed tightly.

Re: Organization XV

"My tea's grown cold, I'm wonderin' why, I got out of bed at all," A small click of metal as she locked the gun for the umpteenth time after getting the shine just right, "The morning rain clouds up my window, and I can't see at all," The goggle-wearing girl aimed at a distant tree-top and then lowered the weapon once more, twirling it around in her fingers and tracing its edges, "And even if I could, it'd all be grey but, your picture on the wall, it reminds me that it's not so bad. It's not so bad." Revenx hummed a little tune that held little meaning to her, kicking her booted feet idly, planted comfortably on the shingled roof of the mansion. Honestly, she only liked the beat to it.

How she remembered that song was beyond her. Maybe it was because of how often she repeated it to herself when alone, normally when bored or just wandering about. In fact, she couldn't even remember where she'd heard it. Must've been quite a while ago for it to be so fuzzy in her mind.

Below her was a curtained window leading indoors, several of her comrades lounging about inside while in a room not too far away, some others talked and chatted about things the girl didn't care much about. So long as her name wasn't mentioned, she didn't feel the need to really give it much thought. Unless, of course, it was some form of interesting thing that others were trying to keep secret for some reason or another. But, she couldn't tell if this was one of those times anyway so, not caring.

"Hm hmm hmmm~." She flopped backwards onto the tiles, staring skyward through tinted lenses, her gun across her chest. "Well. This is actually boring."

Her feet tapped a couple more beats before Revenx decided to sit up and jump off the roof, managing to land, albiet sloppily, onto the railing of the lower floor. Her feet kept balance for a few seconds before the girl was forced to jump down onto the flat ground below. Even though it would be soft for any other person, she still somehow managed to stumble and almost fall flat on her face.

Pulling her goggles down to her neck and acting as if nothing had happened, she neatly folded her hands behind her back and decided to take a little stroll around, her unzipped cloak flapping with each step and boots skidding across the tops of the lawn. Her one major rule for sticking around here was that she must never be bored, lest she forget what she was supposed to do in the first place. Yes, her memory could be just that bad at times. Not that it annoyed her at all. ... Well, only slightly.

And, as far as she could tell, no one had told her to do anything yet.

Re: Organization XV

Just as Kurix was tiring of his various explanations and introductions, he was pleased to be interrupted by Jynx. The tall Nobody leaned forward, placing his elbows onto the table's surface, and posed the question: "Why was I brought here?" Followed soon by "and just what is this place exactly?" Spreading knowledge and learning to others was a joy he had picked up from Xemnas, and he felt obliged to enlighten him.
"You were brought here because the only other alternative was one where you would not only be used as a mere tool by others of your kind, but on top of that, you would likely never learn of your past. Being a Nobody, and a Keyblade-wielding one at that, you would have inevitably been picked up Organization XV or XIII. Both of are of the same size, but at least here, you are able to explore your own past and memories, an opportunity you would not be allowed to have on their side. To them, you're far too valuable as a tool and a warrior, and you learning of yourself may just undo any control they might get over you. You would be demonised as a member of Organization XIII, and aside from your Keyblade, there would be no vested interest in you. You'd be on your own."

"Even if you want to go so far as calling us 'the good guys', that's fine when you compare Organization XV and XIII. We give you a home, company, we don't treat you like a slave, and we make sure that both the group and the individual are given the space and resources to improve themselves. In fact, that was one of the things I want to get done after this. We'll be heading to Radiant Garden. We might be able to find out something else about you." The last words piqued Jynx's interest, and he cocked his head ever so slightly. Kurix continued with his response to Jynx;s second question. "This is Twilight Town, a world in the Realm of Light, though it does exist close to the border with Darkness. It's a haven for Nobodies, unless you want to think of The World That Never Was as a nice place to be. This mansion's our base here, and we keep on good but vague terms with the locals, so they don't really suspect much. I'd hoped you'd know this, but obviously you took some time getting from Radiant Garden to here. Probably tried to find out some things along the way. That's fine, though We all need our space."

Kurix had essentially answered Jynx's third question with his own first answer, so he left it where it was.

Re: Organization XV

Xanele didn't think it was possible for a light-hearted conversation to be halted in such a short amount of time. One minute, Xanele was laughing like a moron with Xenjin and Solux, and the next they were sitting calmly in their chairs, avoiding eye-contact with each other. Well, at least Xanele was, probably to keep herself from bursting out into laughter again. The small redheaded girl sat still in her chair, looking down at her lap, playing with the fabric of her stockings slightly.
They were all waiting for the same thing, for the returning organization members to walk past the room so they could continue with their antics. As if she had been holding her breath the entire time, she let out a long sigh, her body slightly doubling over as she did so.

"Can we talk now?" Xenjin had asked, looking back and forth between Xanele and Solux.

Xanele snickered slightly, nodding her head. "Yeah, I think it's okay, now." She said, somewhat quietly, not entirely sure of her statement.

Re: Organization XV

He could feel his body gaining an intense heat within his stomach, clenching his fist again, but Jynx began thinking about what Kurix had told him and slowly Jynx started to relax himself, coming to terms with reality.

"So either way, I'm essentially a tool, but here at least I have free will." Jynx cocked his head to the right eyeing Kurix and Xemnas out of the corner of his right.

"Doesn't sound like I had much of a choice, but...at least here I'll be treated with respect and given my own will as you've said."
He looked down at the table top again, thoughts rushing through his mind from when he first awakened to now, feeling a strange calm come over himself.

"....and my memories, you can help me regain them and figure out why I'm like this?" He questioned again opening up his hand over the table. With a flash of white light, IT materialized. A long shiny black and white blade that crossed one another in the middle, a gold crown with black splinters coming from the top.

"So this is a keyblade?" Jynx leaned forward placing his weapon on the table for the others to examine, watching them closely. After all he didn't 100% trust any of them at this point, I mean would you if you were forced into a situation to make a choice both of which made your existence that of a tool, the only difference being free will? Not a very appetizing situation to be thrown into.

"...exactly what is so special about it?" He asked, reclining back into his chair.

Re: Organization XV

Charxai watched as the ever-so-lazy dust motes floated to the floor, bathing themselves in the auburn sunlight that streamed through the windows. Leaning back in his chair, Charxai placed his hands on the back of his head, the ever present half-smile flitting across his face.

Now this is my kinda place.

Sitting in a room with Cinollex and Noraxeen, neither of which he was very acquainted with, Charxai could think of little to say. However, as far as he was concerned, that was perfectly alright. The loud chatter in the other room was more than enough noise for him, as Charxai was perfectly content listening to the others spout off unintelligible bursts of chit-chat. Looking back down at the dust motes, he realized they had all but settled down, and decided to give them a little swirl with the nitrogen in the air, laughing silently at the upset cloud of dust he had created.

What's this? The chatter in the other room had quieted down to restrained laughter, suggesting that some new challenger had appeared. And, if Charxai was correct. . .

A silver-haired man had appeared in the doorway, beckoning to Noraxeen to follow him, and then going about his business.

Long time no see, Kurix. Closing his eyes in sweet nostalgia, Charxai leaned his chair back up against the wall (a rather unstable position to be in, as it now rested on only two legs), and allowed himself to think back.

--------

On this particular day, Charxai had been roaming Port Royal, and found himself on the island of Tortuga, a rather colorful place, to say the least. The crowd was as unpredictable as always, though at this moment, they were roused up in a hearty course of "A Pirate's Life for Me," a contagious ballad that Charxai could only just resist taking part in. The booze was flowing, the men were rowdy, and the women were loose; just another typical day in this "pirate's life" on the Tortugas.

"One bottle of rum, bartender." Charxai could not help but ordering up the local favorite (and a personal favorite), his extended hand expecting the drink for which his body thirsted.

And yet, it never came.

Looking up, Charxai noticed a rather unkempt (and somewhat chubby) man had intercepted his drink, preparing to take a swig from it himself. Though Charxai was not usually one to seek a fight, it is an erronous mistake to get between any man and his rum.

"I'm sorry," Charxai grabbed the man none too lightly on the shoulder, turning him around so the two stood face to face, "I think that's my Rum you're about to drink." Dropping one foot back, Charxai prepared a more sturdy stance, watching for the inevitable punch that was to be thrown his way.

The man was obviously already punch drunk, as his slurred voice and slowed mind worked vigorously to form words. "Weell yew can jus' come an'-"

Before the would-be assailant had a chance to finish his sentence, Charxai had kicked him squarely in the stomach, knocking him backwards into another bystander. "Get out of mah' way!" The drunkard yelled, swinging Charxai's bottle at the man's head.

A fist, seemingly coming from nowhere, punched him straight in the jaw, laying the man out cold. A tall man with silver hair stood silently, arm still extended, standing over the man, not even looking at the KOed victim.

And just as quickly as the man had fallen to the ground, the whole tavern was up in arms against the two.

"Not such a good day to be a stranger in these parts, my friend." Charxai had begun to move closer to the silver-haired stranger, hoping for some respite in the storm that was to come.

"You watch my back, and I'll watch yours." The stranger murmured, now raising his fists in anticipation. Kissing his knuckles, Charxai knocked his clenched fists together. "Alright then, bring it, you scum of the earth!"
----
"Bartender, get this man some whiskey." Charxai called out, stepping over a groaning man, unable to stand due to the recent assault. "And get me another bottle of rum." Passing the stranger his drink, Charxai raised up his bottle in a toast. "Thanks for helping me out back there man. If I had been alone, I would have been done for. I mean, I don't even know you're name."

"The name's Kurix, but don't mention it, you threw some pretty good punches back there yourself." Taking a long drink from the whiskey he had been passed, Kurix sighed in relief. "Actually, how would you feel about coming back with me? There's an organization that could use someone with your talents."

"An organization?" Charxai sat back in his stool, and took another swig of Rum. "Oh, why the hell not. Especially if they've got people like you running the thing." Extending his hand, Charxai met Kurix in one of the manliest handshakes that has ever taken place.

-----

Those were some damn good times. And as always, the dust motes floated lazily around the room, seemingly comforted by reminiscent attitude.

"You doing alright over there, Cinollex?" Charxai opened a single eyelid, looking at his fellow organization member. "You've been kinda quiet for the past few minutes."

Re: Organization XV

"Consider yourself a tool or an able comrade, we won't force any ideals on you. With us, you get help; with Organization XIII, you get nothing," came Kurix's reply, agitated by the accusatory nature of Jynx's questions, though he didn't blame him for it. Jynx could potentially be a hugely-chaotic wild card, but maybe getting his favour would at least mean he won't abandon Organization XV. If he could soften up, he'd fine some very accomodating company.

"So far as we know, you stumbled out of a pod and then walked the streets of Radiant Garden, with little recollection or clarity during either. But if you've got memories somewhere, we'll get them. Well, Keyblades are different things to different people. Generally powerful, generally also growing with the bearer. The more you can learn about yourself, the more capable you'll probably become with that too. I'm sure Organization XIII would like the latter, but wouldn't risk the former."

"There are more groups that would be interested in having you, but they'd be pretty similar to Organization XV. In any case, you'd get picked up by one of them, and if failing that, you'd inevitably get picked off by a bounty hunter or Heartless along the way."

Re: Organization XV

Jynx pondered on what Kurix had said, reviewing his options. Neither choice seemed to overly excite him but at least one side didn't treat him like a weapon of brute force and if he chose to go alone, he'd probably die from the other enemies unknown to him.

"Then..I'll do it. I'm better off working as a friend than a tool and you guys don't see so bad." he replied, nodding his head hesitantly in agreement.

"But if I do this, you promise me I'll get full recollection of my past?"
Discovering his past would in turn help him uncover his power and strength his abilities, they were connected mind and body. Now all that was left was to wait it out through time and hope things would unfold for the better.

Re: Organization XV

As a fight raged on beneath The World That Never Was, Xoje stood silently on the streets; still, almost invisible against a black building. He had tagged along wit hthe recon force at the last minute, intending to give them some backup or at least provide a little with his detection abilities. But, he deicded to stay back. He wasn't much of a fighter, and really wasn't in the mood to put his life in danger. He was an asset to the team, and always had been, his powers being so simple yet diverse. Even at this moment, as he stared intently at the open hole in the street, he had created a barrier around it. It would lead sound coming from the sewers to him and him only. He was able to catch the most minute sounds up to a mile away- and there were some pretty loud ones, pretty close by.

His foot twitched, almost leaping down there but reconsidering without moving anything else. He had heard one enemy, but their attacks had ceased. Xoje sighed, letting his arms go to his sides, and he was glad to be able to wait for them without concern of losing any members. That was the last thing they needed at the moment, even with the advantage in numbers they had over Organization XIII. That hardly made a difference, what with the power those members held. They had only ever encountered a handful of them, each needing at least three of their own to turn the tables in their favor.

Xoje's head snapped up, hearing something else. A clatter of chains, a splattering...noise. He jumped right into the air, aiming for the sewer, and landed straight into it. He made his footsteps inaudible, as well as his landing. When he looked up, creeping over to the shadows, all he could see was two people fighting in some faint light. He heard them clearly, one was breathing faster, and he could tell by the grunting that it was the female, and Xoje knew who it was. He was prepared to rush in, but that was when the blade of the enemy sliced her throat. Hearing the blood spray and the skin and muscles tear apart- it made him a little sick. He sat, crouched, waiting for what he knew to be an Organization XIII member walk away. How had they been on to them? Again? And this time there were casualties. He needed to relay this information immediately. A Corridor of Darkness was behind him before he even began to think, and Xoje sunk into it.

Back in Twilight Town, the rest of his group were sitting at the table already, a meeting in progress. It was obvisouly a concern to some when only he showed up, considering some had probably not noticed he was gone in the first place with all the recon commotion. Ignoring that confidence boost, Xoje walked hurridly over to his superior, whispering, hastily, the events that he had just witnessed.

Re: Organization XV

Xanele's snicker was enough to make the other red-head chuckle as well.

"Yeah, I think it's okay, now."

Xenjin smirked, switfly standing up from the chair, her hand grabbing the gloves resting beside her as she left her seat. Her eyes aimed towards the upper corner of the room, face twisted into an exaggerated, thoughtful expression, she hummed quietly.

"Wellll, I'm bored now", she stated, twirling her gloves absent-mindedly, repeatedly hitting them against her hip. A glance towards the barely opened door leading to the 'quiet room' caused her pale, round features to light up. She looked back at the two other Nobodies present, smile widening.

"You do know the saying 'the more the merrier', don't you?" she asked cheerfully, slowly pacing towards the door. The golden sunlight broke through one of the several windows, shining directly in the red-head's brown eyes; she squinted them, reaching for the knob and silently pulling it, sticking her head out through the small gap. She looked around the other room, spotting Charxai leaning against the wall with his chair, balancing on two legs. Cinollex sat further away, an indecipherable expression on her face - as usual. She did know that was only a mask, though.

Opening the door wide, Xenjin strode into the room, sitting next to the brunette, lips curling into a smile once again. She said nothing, for she had heard Charxai throwing a question at her; instead, she waited, eyes aimed intently towards the Nobody beside her.

Re: Organization XV

Rifle slung at her side by a strap, Revenx trotted along, a dappling of sunlight shining down through the trees onto her back. What was she going to do today? Really, there was only so much a Nobody could do in this place. When they weren't sleeping away a mission, they were either bored, training, and waiting for one or tired as all get out from it. Right now, it was pretty much the waiting game, a few members already off doing their own thing and everyone else awaiting the 'status report'.

Her slate-colored eyes drifted along to settle on the wrought iron gate and then jumped to the building opposite of them. Warm colored bricks and stone made it seem pretty cozy, a very vast difference between it and what she knew of the other mansion. Dark city streets with a giant, floating, castle of overwhelming silence and magnitude didn't exactly sound like a vacation home, you know?

Tired of the bright light, Rev walked back into the manor, shutting the aged doors behind her and strutting comfily through the lobby, whistling to herself. Just a few steps deeper into the building and she could hear a conversation. She missed a majority of what had been said but, from what she could hear, it was Kurix and uh, hm... She honestly couldn't quite remember the other person's name.

Oh yeah, it had to do with bad luck. Same for his number, XIII. Hex? No, no, that wasn't it. Wait, it was that silly little think kids would say after they say the same thing at the same time... 1, 2, 3, Jynx! You owe me a soda! That's what it was, Jynx. Hm, didn't he have a keyblade or something like that? Giant, metal, thing that looked like a scrap of metal with teeth. They didn't seem like they'd be fun to get hit by, maybe like a cross between a baseball bat and the jaw bone from a dog. Ow.

What else was there to do around here? Rev wasn't exactly a valued friend to any particular person so, if a conversation was held, it was more often then not over something that happened recently. She could possibly chat with Solux, or Xenjin. Any one of the girls, actually. So long as they weren't being tempermental at the time.

Actually, Xanele wasn't that bad. Xana was okay, and Noraxeen... Well, darnit, there were just too many people to memorize them fully at this point. The fact of the matter was, she was bored, boredom was bad, and she'd rather be sticking around other people at the least.

Heading back to the room she'd been dangling on top of minutes ago, Revenx slipped in, still whistling, and took a seat over in one of the open corners, fiddling once more with her gun. She didn't have much to say but, at least listening would lessen her impatience.

Re: Organization XV

Xanele tilted her head back slightly, stretching out her arms and yawning. She agreed with Xenjin, after their conversation had died out, she had grown a little bored.
"You do know the saying 'the more the merrier', don't you?" Xenjin asked in a cheery tone of voice, before standing up from her chair and leaving to the next room. Xanele sighed with content, placing her gloved hands on the table to support her slightly as she pushed herself up and out of her seat.
"When one conversation dies, another lives~!" Xanele said, pointing her finger in the air as she spun on her heel to face the other door. The bubbly redheaded nobody bounced up and down as she attempted to follow Xenjin into the other room.

While Xenjin had fully entered the room, Xanele simply stood right outside of the doorway, arms folded over her bust as she observed the others in the room. It was only Charxai and Cinollex in there, but they were both rather quiet.
Xanele placed her foot against the wall, tapping it quietly. She was waiting for someone to start a conversation. Xanele wasn't shy, but she didn't want to be annoying to anyone.

Xangus comes into the Mansion with the aforementioned bags of money that he won. He takes them to the library and puts them in the safe. Then, he went into the chatting room, sat on one of the couches, put his feet on the coffee table to relax. He looks around the room and sees most of the members leaving.

He heard a loud thud coming from outside. Again Revenx? The Irishman thought before rolling over on the couch and putting his hood up to nap.

Re: Organization XV

Emerald-colored eyes followed Jynx as he left, and once out of sight, returned to her own two, currently ungloved hands. At the moment, the red haired Nobody's gloves were tucked into her two pockets, sticking out slightly enough to be seen while remaining in place. Her uniform hung on the chair closest to her, though that chair was in the dining room. She wore a white belly shirt, her black pants hugging her waist and tucked into her knee-high boots quite comfortably. The only reason she had decided to take off her cloak was because she was, at the moment, preparing some food.

In her left hand was a knife, in her right was a ripe tomato, partially sliced. She raised the knife slowly, then proceeded to rock the knife smoothly and quickly, scooping the pieces back into the pile to mince them quickly. To her right was a pot full of spaghetti, sauce and cheese sticking to the noodles. It wasn't made for anyone in particular, but was a welcoming gesture to those who wanted it.

To her left was a rather large bowl, filled with lettuce, though soon the minced tomatoes accompanied them as she scooped them into the bowl. Her right hand then took the next fruit--a green bell pepper--and sliced it in thirds, cutting the top and bottom into pieces and throwing them into the bowl. The middle remained untouched, and was put away shortly after.

Lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers...Onions? Xana thought to herself, her right hand hesitating before the many fruits and vegetables before her. ...Cucumber. Her hand decided, taking the cucumber and placing it in front of her. She raised the knife again and brought down the knife, only to be halted. Rather than go down straight, it was a crooked cut, and what's worse, it was only half way. She tried to pull it out, but the cucumber clung onto the knife.

Looking around and realizing she had to do this herself, Xana narrowed her eyes at the cucumber, inspecting it. There was nothing out of the ordinary about it, but there wasn't anything in the kitchen she couldn't slice or chop. "Well...If you insist..." She muttered outloud, opening a small drawer. She pulled out a large cleaver, and lifted it into the air. With one chop, the cucumber was sliced, and the knife flew the other direction. As if on cue, her right hand snatched it midair, and she resumed her chopping.

Once the cucumber joined its friends, Xana began putting away the untouched food; vegetables, spices, fruits, noodles, unused rice, and some parsley. After everything was in its place, Xana washed the knife and cleaver carefully, putting both back in their own places. She topped the finished spaghetti, placed the finished salad not too far from it, and pulled her gloves back over her hands. She wandered over to the table, and pulled her uniform over her shoulders, zippering zippers and clasping clasps, until finally, she was back in uniform.

Xana's eyes wandered over to the now empty table, a small frown on her face. She was secretly curious as to what was going on in the meeting, but knew that it wasn't any of her business. Pulling a chair out, she sat, perching her elbows on the table and her chin on her palms. She stared at the opposing wall, and with a small sigh, closed her eyes. She vaguely remembered the short conversation she had with Jynx, as one thing stuck in her head:

I have no memories.

And here I am, trying to forget. Xana thought to herself, opening her eyes and relaxing her arms. It's almost ironic...

"Enter, Maddox! The Mad Dasher!"

Ugh, how did I get myself into this? I was just a simple runner trying to make a living. Plus I'm new here. It's like my I'm on my first
day of school!'

Maddox thinks to himself. He gazes out into the garden outside of the mansion he was in, kind of nervous. He runs his hands

through his long golden hair and dazes off into memories of his past. Shortly after, he is called out to the room. He puts on his

favorite pair of visors, and walks into the room with confidence to the room full of potential new friends, or new enemies. I walk in

and take a seat near this cute looking girl.
Then this big menacing looking guy with silver hair comes up and introduces, Kurix.

Wow, there are some characters in this room indeed. An extremely cute girl, and a very tall guy. I mean, this guy was huge! I'm so

skinny he could probably snap me in half...

"Sorry for the interruption, but why was I brought here...and just what IS this place exactly?"

Oh! The big guy started asking a whole bunch of questions! To be honest, that scared me. I was already feeling uncomfortable sitting

in between this girl and this huge guy, so I jumped when he said that. But I had to keep it cool since I had this girl right next to me.

I don't want to look like a wimp in front of her... God I'm pathetic.

They start talking back in forth, but I ignored that and payed attention to the girl. Trying to keep it cool, I turn in her direction and

say:

"Sup. The name is Maddox. I'm new to this Organization so I don't know alot of names. What is your name?"

God, I hope that didn't sound lame...

Re: Organization XV

One Organization throughout the worlds was having a meeting after a successful mission, at least. The meeting room in the Castle That Never Was was much more accomodating to Organization XIII's members, each having their own place to sit, using the very same thrones used by their 'ancestors'- the Organization XIII that had failed to attain Kingdom Hearts. They, of course, were much more competent, and liked to think that. They boasted much more power than the older Nobodies ever had, and even some of the current ones, such as Organization XV. The Superior, The Magisterial Siren, was very sure of this herself. Of course, their own goals were much more concentrated, and she was quite sure traitorism would be pointless for any one of her followers to go out and do.

She browsed the chairs, standing at different heights, and noticed two empty ones. She opened her mouth to speak before seeing a column of black explode onto the seat. Late as always, was the brown-haired Nobody. Of working on some technological piece that they ultimately wouldn't need. she allowed him to work, just in case, though.

"Glad you could all be right on time." She said with some snark. "Because we do have a few thigns to get to, notably someone who isn't even here."

"Xynras?" Someone asked from below. The others looked around, finding the chair belonging to the defeated man.

"Yes." Said the superior, crossing a leg over the other. "We can do without him for now, I guess, but-"

"Dead." Someone said flatly. The leader turned her head to the obvious origin of the voice. Dryxaim, the blonde sitting directly to her right, nearly just as high, was looking directly at her. "I said he's dead. Saw him go down." The woman on the highest chair raised a hand when she began to speak, flexing a finger. "...How?" She knew the answer, though.

"He was tracking down the spies we were informed of, of course." Dryxaim responded, shrugging. "Seems like they overpowered him."

That was a source of outrage amongst the Organization. They were fully aware they had more power than that. The superior realized the unrest that would be caused.

"They teamed up on him, of course. How many were there, XIII?" Dryxaim rolled his eyes, and drummed his fingers on his arm rest.

"There were...three. Three were present."

"That would explain it." Serox called "One on one and they're toast. Cowards."

The leader nodded, taking a breath to regain her calm. "Exactly. We'll simply stick together and nothing will prove to be a problem. In fact, I want three of you going on this next mission. Radiant Garden- some information needs to be gathered there in the laboratories of the old Organization XIII. Ryjemex, I want you to lead Sujnax and Lexisteca there. I'm sure you can get a hang of things easily. the rest of you can go on a few recon missions if you like, but I'd prefer you stay in pairs. You can show the other Nobodies some trouble, should they get in your way?"

The group chuckled. "Ah, well." Dryxaim sighed, "Sounds like fun. But I guess I'll have to sit this one out-"

"No." His leader said abruptly. "You are the newbie, after all, why don't you get some field work done?" Dryxaim scoffed, but said nothing against her. "Go with Xenielle, you two share plenty in common, right?" She smirked under her hood.

A number of Corridors shot up less than a second after she made it apparent she was finished; that was the team she assigned leaving for business. Serox, Arxyn, Dryxaim, and a few others remained.

Re: Organization XV

Xienelle
Without consequence of action, how do we begin to know what failure is?

Echoes, the sounds of which escapes into the silent city that drifted in between nothing. Left to want and assume more, a greater existence beyond the shadows of a mere nobody. Its left in the books written by men, older members before them, their existence...far from conscious, no heart beating yet breath is still drawn. Desire. To remain alive, to remain here, and all leaving their hands to the bonds of fate.

Imperfect existence is perfection without immortality...succumb to this do we all.

This voice, it travels in many directions and it never rest, at least within the mind. Unheard, falling on deaf ears to the likes of recipients that deem its 'worthwhile.' Hooded as she sits in mystery. Her hunger was the most poignant reflection of consumption, lustful power bordering that of greed and gluttony, the latter was thus formed within her. This deviant, denizen, as well as lurker to the many fitting co-signed existence.

So gather...collect...and unite oh final salvation to our kind...

A figure? Slim, clad in black, the face made out from behind the lines of the hood. With a weighty sigh, it had finished its poetry, reminiscent of occupations in a previous life. Revival brought her wanting to remember more, wanting to return, and without consequence in death. Rebirth wasn't a pleasure she enjoyed, breath drawn by this nobody was fresh and of course, too timid to speak amongst those in line before it.

Picking up her soles, she greeted memory skyscraper with a memory, hidden discretion yet not her presence felt by the actual structure. The lights that set atop, were met with the rain that would quite randomly occur at times during the city's state of being. Hood up, standing like a statue, from behind the dark cloak did it look on into the forgotten world. Dissolved, saying not a word, she moved among the others and thus mounted a chair in the spherical room of white. Completely mute of sound, within herself, couldn't find the words to muster speech. Is this how all newly revived meander about? Like mindless drones awaiting their programming.

Word murder, in pronunciation, but without that human attachment of courage to correct, a nobody's identity was all they truly 'owned'. Being paired with someone else, quite new, the awkwardness that she didn't truly lean on seemed to more or less cope. Simple recon, it was better for her, so she nodded. Joining the rest as the corridors purged and captured them all within seconds after the orders were finalized.
