Okay, so Heartless and Nobodies come from people.

If they also come from Unbirths, are Unbirths therefore people of some sort?

Yeah, I've been thinking that over and I doubt that--just because a Heartless and Nobody come from a whole PERSON. If Unbirths split into them, too, I don't know how that works.

Based only on the way they look, I'd say that Unbirths are more related to Heartless, but that's obviously not a clear indication. We know that Heartless=hearts and Nobodies=bodies, so maybe Unbirths have something to do with the soul? (Wrench in that theory being the fact that Nobodies are both body AND soul.)

I'm not sure if nobodies have souls.I'm sure that nobodies are only empty shells(meaning body). Maybe unbirths are created from souls or something.But i dont really get it why they stop appearing in kh and kh2.Maybe because MX did something about it(to stop the unbirths from multipying) but somehow from Xehanort's stupidity, heartless were born, And then nobodies, but nobodies never appeared in kh1. Xemnas was the first nobody, but why he remembered mickey and xehanort(ATW's assistant/xemnas's original form.).I thought nobodies are supposed to forget their memories right?

I think they remember because the soul is there, even though memories are supposed to be in the heart. Anyway, all the other Nobodies remembered (as evidenced by I-VI, at least), but Roxas, Namine, and Xion are the "special" ones who didn't.

I think org members 2-13 didnt remember anything(except xemnas,he obviously know everything that's happening) cause if they remembered who they were.Why wasting their time being back as their original selves if they can go back to their own world and live a life there? And xemnas's intentions to KH was only to have a heart and emotions again so he can wield a keyblade and use KH to rule the worlds.

They didn't die. And yes.

You missed the entire points of being a Nobody.
They're missing their Hearts.
They can't truly love, they can't truly hate, they can't truly feel, save for one simple thing, being that their Hearts are missing.
Nothing good and a lot of bad.
The Org didn't really want their original Hearts back. That's all but evident by the "New You" concept in which they even received the X into their names - to differentiate themselves from who they used to be.
That didn't stop them from wanting a Heart though.
Oh, and 1-12 seem to remember their past just fine. Xigbar did enough to remember having met Terra, Aqua and Ven, and that happened before he became a Nobody, when he was still an apprentice of Ansem the Wise's.

Memories stay with the Heart. When the Heart becomes a Heartless, however, the Darkness severes the ties between the Heart and the Memories, leaving them with the Nobody that remained.
Proof of this would be Sora that once the Darkness was removed from him via Kairi's PoH powers, regained his Memories, leaving Roxas with none.

I really have to wonder where you're getting any of this from. Xemnas mocked the emotions that came with the Heart, and saw that as the main weakness for Sora which is why he could manipulate him so easily, up to the bitter end.
He wanted a Heart so he'd be whole and thus more powerful, alternatively, just to use KH. The Keyblade had nothing to do with this as far as we know, and certainly not emotions.

I wouldn't really say people, more like Heartless and Nobodies combined I would say. I think Unbirths are creatures that are half Nobody, Half Heartless.

And yes Heartless and Nobodies come from people, they are born when a person dies, if there heart is strong enough then a tougher heartless/nobody is created. Sometimes a nobody will look human, and act on there own, but they don't truely exist. Like Angel said they don't have a heart, but they remember what its like to have one.

Person becoming Heartless and Nobody is not that person dying.
Death = The removal of the Soul from the Body.
Seeing how a Nobody has both, the person clearly isn't Dead.

Also, Nobodies exist in the sense that they are, they just have no one to be.
The "Existence" they lack is actually Identity.

Oh, they die alright. Just not from turning into a Heartless/Nobody pair, especially if the Nobody's there. If both the Heartless and Nobody are present, one can recreate the Somebody.

Well, Organization XIII wanted to use their A-KH (artifical KH) to become whole. Xemnas wanted to use A-KH in order to create a new world, 'one heart at a time'.
