No, the LAST thing KH needs is to start bringing in time travel.

Here's my theory on this secret boss: he's wearing the robe that we all thought Master Xehanort wore first, right? Well, I think HE wore it first because HE is Xehanort's old master. It makes sense. And it can't be an organization member since they haven't formed that yet.

Even though they only appeared for very brief snippets each, there were other new bosses aside from the one resembling Xemnas in the Land of Departure; take a look at 2:46 and and 2:50. Granted, those might just be new Unversed bosses, but the first one doesn't quite seem like it....

I think the same thing too. But the boss is master of MX, hmm...

He holds his weapons backwards, just like Ven. Hybrid keyblade/power of light weapon & lots of rapid speedy attacks hm...

i seriously think this is Xehanort's apprentice, now complete after Ansem SOD and xemnas died...and prolly some hint of Terra's memories, cuz of the Ven handstyle ..... or it could be Jedi Zidane wanting some fun...:/

yep.it could be really exciting but i have another theory.what if the seeds MX has planted are the return of his master,but he got temporerily stopped by aqua.so he will make a comeback on KH3 by the side of MX

THAT is what we're about to find out I think. We're going to learn just who Master Xehanort's old master was.

Honestly, there's a lot that points to him being that.



1. The boss holds his weapons backwards, like Ventus. Who taught Ventus that stance in the first place? Oh yeah, Master Xehanort. But where do you think HE learned it from.

2. The boss has a black robe. Originally, we thought MX was the first to wear it, but since he has it, it must mean MX learned about the cloak from him.

3. The boss has lightsabers like Xemnas. This hints to a connection with Xehanort.

And for those of you considering it, it CAN'T possibly be a nobody created when MX stabbed himself (some people believed that happened) because Land of Departure is clearly intact and not yet destroyed in that scene.



And MomentoMori, you'd think so, but remember

where do you think MX learned to transfer his heart? Someone must have done it before. Meaning, his master did it to keep transferring himself to younger bodies.

Now the one flaw with my theory is that MX said his master taught him to uphold the light. However, it's possible that this fighter IS in fact a user of light. I didn't really see attacks of "darkness" in the trailer.

You maybe right, Master don't have time to test or stop for some kid like VAT. But maybe, maybe he want to test Aqua (Ven or Terra, I don't know if they can fight with him) skills, abilities?

I think the whole theory of the secret boss being MX master makes sense.

Though if it is true, I believe why the secret boss fought Aqua because he knows that Aqua, the student of ME, who was once a student of his friend, has become a Master and challenge her to see if she would be able to defeat MX and stop him from achieving his plan, asking her to free MX from his dark influence and return him to the light, back to the way he is, before he took the darkness.

notice Aqua's super long HP? taht can only happen if everything was cleared....so that means that the secret boss happens before Terra saves ven, or the boss is non canon
