Maybe there not talking about terra maybe there refering to ds
I know past interveiws have said that there where no heartless
Which in turn means no nobodies

but MX was known to tamper with the darkness and he could have created the first heartless in DS

The only person we know for sure that is present in that specific scene is MX himself.

DS COULD have been the 1st heartless, it's possible. it doesn't matter that there weren't heartless. There oculd have been at least one but they didn't know what it was back then.

then when xehanort/apprentices made the heartless, they where the first to actually write it down and claim it.

Everyone just assumed it.
No one seems to realised its possible for Ds to be a heartless and for Xehanort to create the first heartless. The concepts dont contradict each other. Maybe Xehanorts first Heartless was DS. Maybe not when we seem him but later on he may become the first.

So you're saying DS is the same case as Riku, or Rikunort in that case.

There's a difference between what DS and the possessed Riku was. Xehanort was using Riku's body to gain human form, while DS is "infused with darkness". Exactly what that means is not clear but it's not merely possession of ones body, that's for sure.
