Haha, I just noticed that.
I actually wrote 2 songs for a friend's band not too long ago (they are pretty awesome too)
I guess I could work with that one to give to them..... THey liked the other ones and are bothering me to make them a new one.
Oh, and wait, if you want to use it, just make sure you give some credit....
You can always say that I'm a friend of yours who gave it to you.... The name's Daniel Matamoros btw.

What makes you think?
You have a shot at heaven,
When naughty is all you've been,
When trust you've taken,
And soo many angry fists you've shaken
Heaven has a strict policy
Against hate. abuse, and hipocrisy,
Sadly for you, you fit the bdescription perfectly,
Heaven aslo has an enforced law,
Against liars, murderers, and thieves,
Specially those who in the middle of church leave,
All you have is a record full of DUI's,
And a bag full of cheap tricks and clever lies,
A tender heart is also needed to enter,
And all of you pride you have to surrender,
If you ever want to go up there,
But your hearts has turned coal,
Blackening you already black soul,
Leaving pride swim through your empty body,
With thoughts evil enough the have their own bounty,
In the ned that who did't commit sin is in,
It could be said they're instant winners,

Well, finally I've broken free from a creativity halt, and if anyone cares, here are a couple of poems that I recently wrote:
Foolish Love (from a foolish soul) [NEW]
Again I'm afraid I have fallen in love,
And once more I'm preparing the threads
To reforge all the ties that were broken
From the gashes once left by regrets.
Over time countless arrows have struck me
But they all aim to kill with each shot
Many times have I thought of surrender
To the lessons of life I've been taught.
But it seems I'm the slowest of learners
For once more I've relinquished my soul
To a thief playing beggary in front of me
Just to change into a butcher once I've turned.
If you may, call it foolish by logic.
And the King of the Fools may crown me
But let reason decide what is best
For a monarch prepared to die free.
And if life be the greatest of teachers
There is one thing I've learned from this all
Which is why I insist on releasing my soul
To the one who shall soon prove me wrong.

now lingers here with me

I'll try to work on some new ones soon, so I might update this on the weekend.
I've been busy as hell, but I always have time to jot down random verses that come into mind. I'll try to work on something new soon^
