Second line: It will in HD. So it would probably be on the PS3/Vita.

None of the ending has been released. The only live streams we have had so far haven't gotten that far in/aren't active at the moment. Just wait 2 or 3 days.
As for the Message,

An HD New Game (3 or BBSv2 I wouldn't mind either) that connects the past games.

A hd remake or 3 will make me the happiest man ever. Trying super hard to not get to excited so i won't get dissapointed if its not there.

The past reawakening in never before seen detail definitely SOUNDS like an HD rerelease, but why would they hint at something so trivial in the actual game itself? I mean, an HD rerelease would be cool, but it's just rereleasing a game, no big deal, studios do it all the time. Referencing that in-game seems rather odd.
Unless they're just flat-out remaking it, maybe adding new stuff, which would explain the "new number" thing, almost like it has enough information for a new game in general... highly unlikely, though.
