Hmm...that could happen if you think of unpleasant thoughts, slept in wrong positions, or ate some kind of food and or the wrong food at the wrong time. Er...does that makes sense?

I'm glad everything went a ok. Well for the nightmares. It's weird how the mind works. Ever here of a dream catcher. A dreamcatcher is supose to be like a spider web and bad dreams are supose to stick to it but it really doesn't. Yet our minds think it does meaning we don't get any bad dreams. I have one due to me having bad dreams during my parents divorce and it helped alot.

Now, unless you are like half insomniatic like me, you probably aren't doing enough in the day. Trust me, I got some nasteh sleeping problems too man. Just work out alot, or make yourself tired. It's either that or suffer. Don't think about things too hard when your in your bed, too.

I am having a very hard time to get to sleep at nights. Ether is a very werid dream or I can't just plain out sleep at all into morning times.

Help would be good.

And thanks whoever helps me.

Just try closing your eyes and let any good thoughts take over your mind....or do what I do, a quick 5 minute wanking down there

Despite how crudely it was put, he's right. Masturbation before bed will relax you and help you sleep.
