Technically there aren't any canon pairings in KH, not even Sora/Kairi. The only ones that are canon are those that were already established in the Disney universe, like Donald and Daisy. Anything else is up to interpretation.

Lumarai, the local gardener of Radient Garden sat down to have his morning tea, when suddenly, the Heartless, evil creations of Xehanort, attacked! As he tried to escape the oncoming assault, he tripped on a flower pot, and went face-first into his petunias. The impact was so great, that the pigment of the petals seeped into his long, black hair. After seeing his new appearance, he grabbed a gardening tool (a scythe), and hacked away at the heartless in a fit of rage. Unfortunatly, he went in over his head, and his heart was stolen, thus turning him into the Nobody we now know as Marluxia.

True but it still sounds sound girlish to me even if it's a guy name in my opinion. Anyway, it's at least to speculate when it comes to Marluxia. XD
