I've got it! I was going through my old videos to convert them to DVD and I found some old tapes of my favourite show from about seven years ago: Reboot!
You all think I'm totaly sad now, but who cares. The Leading character from the first few seasons was called Bob Matrix! The bad guys always just used his last name, THAT'S where I'd heard it before!

Since no one has answered the question yet, the kid's name, was Enzo!=^_^= Though, he changed it to Matrix...@_@ For I believe that was his last name! Lol, YAY! I know someone else who likes Reboot!=^_^= (Is talking about Keyblade Smitey). Too bad they never did make the last season...
