Why did DiZ ask Riku who he was in KH2?

diz knew that he had changed appearance to 'ansem' and asked him what he was refering him self as. member at the end when he was talking to mickey and he said that when he asked him he could only laugh to hide his shame for bringing this apon riku.

He doesn't mean that scene, he means one of the scenes in the beginning of KH2, when Riku and DiZ is talking at the basement in the mansion in TWTN, where Riku takes his hood down and reveals Ansem SoD face.

I think it mainly was also because Riku suffered some kind of Amnesia, hence "The haze is clearing" line.

Until my crazy Xion-Riku relations theory is proved true, Riku's amnesia is most likely about Sora :\

it wasnt Amnesia or nothing. When Sora's memories were unlinked by Namine, Sora started to forget his past, and everyonce who came into contact with him started to forget about him as well. During the restoration of Sora, the memories started going back to everyone. That's what Riku meant by that line, He started to remember the things about Sora.

Days round-house kicks this in the... shin, though. Everyone forgot Sora completely but Riku remembered Sora was his best friend, enough about him to do what he did in Days, and then enough to the personality level that he managed to tease Roxas about it when they fought.
Namine could've delinked his Memories of Sora too once Roxas was brought in and she got down and dirty with Sora's Memories again... but unless it was said in the novels, it was never said.
