Both the news and the pic have already been reported on here.

GI's speculation isn't really anything to report on, it's just speculation, and also, about the picture....... It may have already been seen here, I'm not sure

Aww.. I was hoping that it was confirmation that I was right. I still think it's Mark Hamill. The role seems more fitting for an older actor such as him. A younger actor (late teens, early twenties) would seem most fitting for Terra's VA. Besides, I'd like to see Luke Skywalker's actor making the transition from apprentice or something along the lines (in Star Wars) to Master. (in BBS)

The official floated VA thread is much more suited, the only difference here is another screenshot, and an legitimate guess from one of the sites to who the VA's instead of us.
