Who do you think dies in bbs

Not really. A main protagonist would be someone who appeared longer than 5-10 minutes. Such as Pumba, Timone, Simba, and I think Nala. Mufasa died in the beginning of the movie, so he doesn't really count as a main protagonist.

Mufasa was in the movie more than just the beginning. He was in Simba's "visions." Either way I think it's obvious that there have been deaths in Kingdom Hearts already so theres no reason there can't be more.

I'd just really like to see one of the main protagonists be killed, for some odd reason. Make it seem more... real... there's no such thing as one side winning completely against the other without repercussions.

KH isn't exactly bad at the repercussions thing, even if it doesn't kill off the protagonists. Think about how much of the bad stuff in Chain of Memories and KHII (and likely 358/2 Days) wouldn't have happened if Sora hadn't sacrificed himself to save Kairi (and hence hadn't created Namine and Roxas). KHII was the only one with more than a bittersweet ending, and we can be pretty sure that that will result in the rebirth of Xehanort.

The only characters who've died in KH are Repliku and Ansem.
And at the time of his death, Ansem was not an antagonist.

Wouldn't Clayton and Shan Yu count, too? Their hearts were corrupted by darkness, but they seemed to still be human rather than Heartless.

Im not seeing any deaths of the protagonists in the games future, but if deaths were to occur, I think something would happen to Terra near the end of the game, as they learn a horrible truth. but terras death in a way does something to save ven and aqua, and then we see the famous scene already released to us, where ven says "we're friends, which is why I wanted to ask you to... erase me"(not word for word). then ven and terra are gone, and aqua is left to play a role in a later kh game(maybe 3) as an adult, where something happens to her, but they make it seem happy cause she joins terra and ven. the end

I think that Aqua is the only one who has a true death out of the trio. Terra most likely fuses with Master Xehanort to become Apprentice Xehanort, and something happens to Ven involving most likely either his heart or his soul. And although those two would technically not be themselves anymore, they still continue to live and to thrive within some other beings' body. And that doesn't qualify them as dead, really.

Considering we don't really know what type of creature DS truly is the darkness of MX's heart, we can't really guess whether or not he dies because he might not even be a whole human!

MX would most likely fuse with Terra and in theory, still be alive, although in a different body.

MTAV might die. It could be that sometime during BBS, he's killed by MX/DS either directly or indirectly and it's because of his death that TAV wanted to hunt down MX even more. As cliche as this is, I wouldn't really be surprised if that's what happens, but I hope it's not.

The fact that Repliku and Ansem have both died, already proves Disney has no issue with it.

Axel dies too, and so does larxene, vexen, laexus, and I think Xion of the new game would too cause she's not in Kingdom Hearts 2. Disney really doesn't care, I agree Audo. As long as it makes the game worth to play, its good.

I'm tell you that Nobodies fading into darkness is not the equivalent of death in KH. In fact, it's pretty much the opposite.

Yep, nobodies don't really die. They fade and (i'm guessing) wait for their heartless to fade, and once that happens they are whole.

When Heartless are defeated, essentially the owner’s hearts are rejoined with their once extinguished body, whichever world it may be on. As for the whereabouts of hearts in KHII that turn up, this time they remarkably went to the Organization. However, in the rare case that the body changed into a Nobody and there is no container for the heart, it resorts to a state of suspension.In the case of a Nobody being defeated, it’s a little more complicated. If the above mentioned hearts are liberated, they return to their original form.However, if the heart is still stolen by the Heartless, the Nobody’s body is swallowed by Darkness. If somewhere in the world their hearts are taken back, perhaps they might be able to return to their original human form.

Not all of them have to die. =/ At the very least only one, while something happens to the other two that still leaves them alive, but not themselves.
