Which Next Gen system is the best for a Kingdom Hearts 3?

xbox would be good b/c of its incredible graphocs but KH has been on the ps line and so it would only be right that its on ps3

KH isn't a PS exclusive. If it was CoM would've been a PS2 game. But anyway, right now Nomura says PS3, but if he and Square sees that the PS3 isn't getting many sales, which would mean their games also aren't getting lots of sales, they might change their mind on which system to put this series on.

I know KH3 is going to the PS3, but I'd like to see it ported over to the Wii, if just to be able to swing the wiimote around like an idiot, while feeling the satisfaction and illusion that I am the keyblade master. And if, big if, the PS3 dosen't sell as well as Sony hopes, who knows. KH3 may find its way to the 360.

oh wel by the time next kh comes out its prob less xpensive and i l prob have a lot of money from work it like 360 euro s per month so 2 months of work for a ps3 and by that time mabye ps3 plus next kh i also got my ps2 when they almost didn t make games for it, and ff 10 was on it .and they knew i really liked ff so i got it +ff 10 and when i saw the kh commercial also kh (but this time o l prob won t get it but i will have to buy it and work for it

Nomura has already stated its going to be on the PlayStation 3.

He never said that it would be on the ps3, he said something to the effect that you can expect it to be on the ps3.Things can happen during the devolopment cycle of a game.(AKA halo was orginally a mac game, then a PC game, then an xbox game)

I think that the Wii console would provide a good evolutionary step in the KH series, what with the Wii controler and us taking more of a role, just imagine an updated Drive system with that controler! It'd be mental

But yea, it'll come out for PS3, with no real improvement at all aside from the graphics...

if they're smart, theyll put it on the ps3, because all of the kh fans are going to buy one thinking kh will be on that system. if it ends up being on, say, the wii, then there goes a lot of the game's sales, because no one is going to go out and spend money on an entirely different system just so they can play one game.

Touche. I have a statement taken directly from Ken Kutargi, the president of Sony Computer Entertainment below (said to the Japanese Press):

Ken Kutaragi: "We never said we were releasing a gaming system...it's clearly a computer."

However, that's not what Sony CEA president Kaz Hirai said. He's been promoting it as a gaming system. Sony's presidents aren't even on the same page, how are they going to sell their computer/game/blu ray player?

The PS3 might not fail, but it's not going to do as well specifically because it's market isn't really to the younger crowd anymore (13-16). There will be some who buy it, and then it's price point will prevent others.

Hmm...gaming seems to have become for the rich now...So much for my middle-class home...

EDIT: Just to clarify things, I am NOT flaming the PS3. I'm actually lobbying (more like begging) my parents to get me one. It's clearly the best of the three systems (have you SEEN FFXIII's previews/graphics?), but I'm simply saying it might not do as well because of the price point, and the fact that they don't know what they're selling this as. Very few people will buy the PS3 for it's computer capabilities. Sony should have just stuck to a game system instead of this fancy...thing.

I think Sony is focussing more on graphics then anything else. No one cares about that. Well, at least not me. I could care less about their stupid blu-ray player. If they got rid of that, it would be much cheaper. Game developers wont want to create a game on the PS3, because it would cost allot to make the game for PS3, also, their game might fail and they would have lost allot of money.

The PS3 isn't developer freindly. Which is yet another eason why I know that the PS3 will fail.

And anyone under 16 who cant get a job wont be able to afford the PS3. Unless they have rich parents. Plus, the games will range from 60$ to 100$

One last reason that I don't want a PS3, not one single game on the PS3 interest me. About 10 on the 360 do though. Thats why I sticking with the 360 this gen. And allot of the game on PS3 will be on the 360.

Back on topic, KH3 will be on the PS3. Stupid dissision by Nomura, cause we all know the PS3 will suck and no one will buy it.

Well this is just stupid. Playstation has exclusive rights to Kingdom Hearts. So therefore if a new installment comes around for this Generation, it will be on the PS3.

That's wrong. Sony doesn't have rights to the game at all. Console makers liscense the games, so any system could get it if Squeenix decided so. Probably won't happen though, we're all just gonna have to save up 600 smackers for the PS3 :laugh: Personally, though, I'd like atleast a version on the WII. Dunno how that'd pan out, but the controller is interesting.

Not me. Anyone who would pay 600$ for one game is an idiot. I just hope they make it for the 360 cause thats the only next gen system I'll have. If they dont make it for 360, then oh well.
