The way Ven holds his keyblade

Wasn't it said that Ven was the youngest of the three, and was using a wooden keyblade given to him by terra?
Could be that he's just inexperienced or lacks the amount of training.

First of all VEN IS THE COOLEST DUDE IN THE GAME THAT IS 100% TRUE!
2nd of all the way he holds his key maybe cause of 2 reasons
1.The way it is dessigned
2. Ven is all about speed so his keyblade should be made for fast movements
