I got the platinum for Adam's Venture Origins. It's a Chinese knock-off of Uncharted. The story and puzzles weren't half bad, but the gameplay mechanics were sluggish. Lots of glitches and graphical blips in this game too. I got it for $1.50 on sale and I'd say it was worth it.
I'll probably go back to Uncharted: Lost Legacy and then finally start Lego: The Hobbit.

I have the platinums for FFXV, God of War, Bloodborne and Spider-Man. Quite proud of these, especially God of War, which I platinumed without any guides within eight or nine days of owning it after launch and Bloodborne, which took me a couple of playthroughs over two years since I got busy with life and other games. :]
I'm working on getting the KH games platinumed hopefully before 3. I've already got 1 and CoM, I'm really close on 2 (just Gummi ship), I'm super close and yet so far on BBS (MF for all 3 characters), and then DDD.
I did just platinum all 3 Spyro games as well as Ratchet and Clank and Okami HD.

I've done the quitting to dashboard thing but unfortunately my save somehow recognised a death so I've got to run through the game all over again.

Recently bought Persona 5, hopefully I'll be able to get a platinum on it before KH3 comes out. I know this game is a huge timesink.
I complained about my last Moss trophy right before going on to do another playthrough. Doing some tests, what people recommended (exiting to dashboard when you fail) doesn't work despite them saying it stops the death animation. I had to pause the game before going to the dashboard because I discovered Quill could still move or finish an animation when the game is minimised.
So I got the platinum for that game
Aside from the PS+ games, which I'll probably try for 5 minutes before deleting, I should be finishing Astro Bot VR before Kingdom Hearts 3 launches. It's a magnificent game, there was a level in World 3 that just blew me away.

And here's me who just beat the game...
I had 3 days off already and took an extra day (Friday) to try and 100% this game and by god I didn't stop until I did. 4 days straight, total of 70 something hours.
You'll get there! Enjoy it at your own pace. I 100% explored and enjoyed every single world and soaked it all in quickly but I do still plan on exploring worlds and running around killing enemies just to enjoy these environments more! Playthrough 2 here I come lol
