Is anyone else noticing that you can find most of the Org. XIII member's referenced somehow in the attacks? (Xemnas' blades, Marluxia's countdown, Xaldin's spear, Axel's flame, Luxord's time, etcetcetc)

Roxas is Sora's physical body. He fit quite snugly into the Org boots. =/
As for the bulk, it's possible Sora will age between 3D and KH3; there's 3D, the unnamed game and then KH3 to go. Plenty of time for Sora to grow.
Xehanort is a MUCH better theory than Kingdom Hearts or Sora is.
I mean, you're using height to determine "it isn't a Xehanort"? Well then guess what, going by that logic, it isn't a Sora either :/
Well Vanitas was buff and looks like Sora. I'm not using it as an argument. Just some fun facts. Maybe Sora will fill out. He is a growing boy.

Well again, maybe a new form of Xehanort can suddenly look like that an be smaller? Xemnas, Xehanort's Heartless, Terra, Apprentice Xehanort, and Master Xehanort each have different physical forms and heights. So how is it not believable that this could be another Xehanort?

yup. This is why I like the KH theory.
Since Xehanort has joined with KH , KH was able to take on the form of Xehanort with his cloak and weapons. Also, since all org XIII members joined with KH when they were defeated, it can use the same powers they had. This expains why the boss has so many abilities and attacks similar to other characters in the series.
I doubt after being pretty tall in general, he'd shrink. MX was moderate male height, Terra was tall, Xehanort the Apprentice was the same height as Terra, Xehanort's Heartless was tall, Xemnas was moderately tall. They are in the general rage of tallness. I really doubt he'd become short.

Guaranteed it's some incarnation of Xehanort. Every secret boss in the main games thus far have had ties to Xehanort. I don't see why that would change now.
Well I highly doubt Sora's suddenly gonna become buff like that in between the time it takes from the end of KH2 to KH3 -_-
A new Xehanort form is much more believable than Sora suddenly going on a magical music video-type video game where he gains more muscle and have his feet shrink within about a week.

Sora has ties with Xehanort.
He's talking about someone who either becomes Xehanort or a part of him becomes a part of Xehanort. That's what it was for Xemnas and Terra. Heck, if anything this boss would be Riku since he is actually someone who does become Xehanort. Sora rarely even knows Xehanort apart from "being some bad guy we have to beat"
Again, we don't know how long a time-span there will be between KH2 and KH3. A year or two in the KH series could make him that tall and more bulky. ^_^ As for the big feet thing, I always figured Sora's got regular sized feet but just likes wearing strange shoes. xD
Initially, I figured it was a form of Xehanort, but looking at the guy now, I just don't see it there. MAYBE a young MX, but I don't think that's the case.

Well I looked at his picture and I don't think he wears the same shoes as everyone else... They are like Sora's but black, a lot different from MF's
I like this theory too, maybe not nessasarily and embodied KH, but a somehow combined version of the Organization XIII.
IMO it seems a lot more likely than Sora, or AtW
