That's not a ceremony.

What is known is that since Kairi touched the Keyblade, she can use one.
This does bring in the question of Leon and Jack.

Touching a Keyblade doesn't allow you to use one, what are you not getting? You still have to be found worthy, otherwise everyone could use a Keyblade. It just increases the likelihood if you're found worthy after touching it. Jack and Leon aren't getting Keyblades, it disappeared from their hands back to Sora's when they tried to hold it. If you remember correctly, when Riku grabbed Terra's it did no such thing, signifying that it had found him worthy. Smh get with it.

And on all this Ven and Sora talk....I'm sure Ven is stronger (but not by much).

Maybe that's the level Sora's training for? Maybe Nomura has a meter varying from Ven, Aqua, Terra, Mickey, Erarus, and the MX! For right now Sora's at a Ven level maybe half way towards Aqua! (Don't get mad if you think Terra is weaker then Aqua or vice Versa. Put the rank however you want)

Jack can't. You forget, one need's a strong heart to be able to wield a keyblade or be chosen to be next in line to have it.

Jack's heart isn't as nearly as strong as S/R/K, V/T/A or any other Keyblade Wielders.

Go back to KHI. Riku was ment to wield the Keyblade, but Sora gained it because he did not fall to the darkness when Destiny Islands was destroyed.

Flash forward to Hollow Bastion. Riku gained the keyblade back when his heart's strength surpassed Sora's. However, before their first fight, the Keyblade recognized Sora as it's true wielder and went back to him, due to his strong heart.

It's the same reasoning for Jack. The Keyblade knew his heart was far weaker then Sora's and refused to stay with him

Sora and Riku are taking the test, not because they are ready, but because a Master is desperately needed, and Yen Sid is willing to overlook the difference in their abilities compared to true apprentices because of it.

IDK if we take a look at Sora's feats I don't see how you can say he ISN'T master material especially for a island boy who only had the keyblade for a year =/ The entire point of the MoM exam is to test the strength of heart of the individual not how strong they are.

Well Sora basically made that keyblade his by this point. Jack might still get a separate one.

everyone calls Sora keyblade master but he is not, so Sparrow will never have a keyblade by Sora

Jack's not going to get a Keyblade.

I'm predicting a lot of world party members will be getting keyblades at some point they'll become pawns of MX's plan to start a new keyblade war.

no only those strong enough to be keyblade master can passs down keyblades. sora isn't a keyblade master.

Actually, Terra performed the Inheritance Ceremony with Riku and he wasn't a keyblade master either
