Yeah, there's a tut out there somewhere that looks very similar to yours, actually, haha.

Anyway, the smudging is good, i like it, although i think you should incorporate that attribute into something more.

It was originaly Salty's if I'm not mistake? As for the tag, you gotta do something about the red, yellow and blue circles, they look pretty ugly on top of dark smudging. And the smudging seems a little messy to.

try incorporating what you learned from the tutorial into a tag, and then posting.

-color selection could use some work.
-smudging also. maybe with a lil bit of sharpening.
-the line bugs the shit out of me, i can't tell what i'm supposed to be looking at.
