I feel that the voice of the character should be reflective of their personality.
Take Vexen's obnoxious laugh, for example; The first thing that comes to mind is "mad scientist", which is exactly what he is.
So, it makes sense that Larxene's voice should be as twisted as she is, ie. Lidsay Lohan, aka, Miss Cracky-Crack Pothead.

I don't know why, but I've always thought that Martin Short would be a good voice actor for Marluxia. His deep Japanese voice just doesn't fit him very well, in my opinion.

Vexen is basically KH's version of a Hojo-like dude, so Hojo's English VA would be perfect for Vexen

I can't think of anyone who can ever fit Larxene's cute and adorable, yet evil Japanese voice. The girl comes sounding all little girlish at one point, then the voice lowers to a more devious and dark one, yet still with the adoring cuteness factor in it. That, AND we can't forget the giggles. Larxene is like a school girl on crack with that, so someone needs to pull it off without sounding awful, and making it sound, again, childish and cute. I do agree with Raz a litte on Kristen Bell.

That's the best I can do xD. Is kind of too much yelling in that one. Need to find another option where she speaks normally. But Tiffany Grant has done many insane type of girls.

Vexen having Paul Elding has to be official.
Zexion as Liam O' Brien is perfect as well. He's kind of my ideal Cloaked Schemer, he could definitely pull it off.

I'm lost on the others. I just know Marluxia better have a graceful, deep voice.

EDIT: Zexion could easily be done by a random emo kid off of the street.

No, Zexion needs Liam O'Brien. Not only he's the one corresponding to the Japanese voice actor, but he's also used to make character fighting with a book, being manipulator and smart.

No, he is not the voice actors of Light if I remember well.

He's known for having voiced Gaara in Naruto, who is the equivalent of Zexion's japanese voice actor.
In Video Game he's known for role as Lezard in Valkyrie Profile 2, Dist in Tales of the Abyss, etc.
