its basically sora's version of aqua/vens time slicer command.

sora freezes the enemy (assuming they dont break the sleight) then does a number of slashes.
its actually very affective especially on bosses if you can manage them not breaking it.

i believe aqua gets it from a treasure chest in neverland.
not sure for ven, probably melding.
