I always love PvE events. Looking forward to not getting any of the skins I actually want and instead receiving the latest Hanzo skin.

Also confirmed the map for the event will be made into a Payload map set during the day! We get an event, all the noice skins, and a new map?!?! Cmon Blizz you spoil us.
Though it only makes sense that if they are going to use all the resources they might as well make something permanent for the game. =p

This and Hanzo are definitely what I want. I will accept Moira and Sombra as well ha. I guess we have yet to see Reaper's, but any of his old self are different enough that I will probably like it.
This event is excellent btw. Still trying to catch my boys online to do all heroes mode on legendary :x
Yeah its super rad, but all my friends stopped playing lol. So I just have been dealing with solo-queueing and learning. Same as last year, I can't do Expert yet lol.
Also haven't gotten a single skin, so thats fun.
I bought it immediately lol. Its a great skin and I am glad all that Blizz gets themselves go to the charity. I sorta got the shirt too lol. I thought it was really nicely designed myself. Bummed only half of what I pay for that goes to the charity tho, so I guess I donated 30 or so overall, and got some nice Mercy merch lol.
But for real, the staff on the skin is everything I wanted, its basically a Breast Cancer Awareness Magical Girl outfit lol. I also love the harp noises it makes when you rez and ult. And the little ting when you heal someone. Its nice to have different sound effects. Oh, and it has different colored bullets....maybe the first time they have done that? If it works out, I really want them to do that more...still think TraceMaker deserves something like that since she shoots paint cans. Also making Beekeeper Mei shoot honey.
Anniversary 2018 will basically be everything. All the skins from all the events, all the seasonal brawls on rotation each day, a new Deathmatch map based on Petra in Jordan, Competitive Deathmatch... A ton of stuff. Also a tuxedo Doomfist skin was hinted at.
Later on, probably in June, we'll be getting Symmetra reworked DRASTICALLY.

Ah good, a second new skin I don't care about lol. Not cuz it and Pirate Junkrat don't look visually good, but cuz I hate both of them in general lol.
Everything being in the loot is cray, I better get hella legendaries. That's pretty much...all I am missing from most events. I went through after they announced that, and I do have a couple voice lines and sprays left but honestly not much. So its just gonna be currency and waiting for RNG for me lol.... and some of the new skins not making me hyped is kinda nice lol.
I really want a second chance to Grillmaster 76, Hellsing McCree, Phoenix Mercy, and Pajamei. So new stuff that's really good will just add on the disappointment when I get like one of all these hahah.

I mean i seen my share of overwatch spoofs and parodies on youtube, but besides dopatwo and mashed, thatpunchkid makes a case in a similar way dinoflask does with the dev update videos making fun of Jeff Kaplan.

So Offense and Defense are merged into "Damage" on PTR.
On one hand, it's convenient in terms of referring to either Offense Heroes or Defense Heroes as "DPS" or "Damage".
On the other hand, it might push the vocal portion of the community to say "we need more Supports/Tanks" and to disregard the need for more Offense/Defense Heroes until there's a proper balance between Damage, Tank, and Support. (In other words, considering their rate of releasing new heroes, there's a possibility that we won't see any new DPS Heroes in several years)

I mean, as a healer main who has had like no variety till recently, I can't say not getting any DPS for a long time would be bad lol.
But I think we may get on soon, tbh, myself. I assume they don't care about balancing it that strictly, and its clear they want the most variety in the damage category.
I wasn't expecting this though. I knew they were moving new-Symmetra but not this stuff. Speaking of, she looks crazy with the flying turrets and stuff. I couldn't understand how her ULT works tho.
