People are saying that there will be no more Org 13 or nobodies in future games but if theirs heartless in the future games then their must be nobodies. If theirs heartless then if they turn someone with a good heart into heartless then a nobodies made right. so then we can see a return of organization 13 and nobodies in future games that have heartless.

Organization XIII has been destroyed, and they controlled the Nobodies, so yes, I think it's safe to say neither will be appearing in future installments.

I don't think it's possible that they controlled ALL the Nobodies. I mean, there had to be Nobodies before the Org. right? So why not have any after?
The only reason the Nobodies were hostile towards Sora and the others was because the Unknowns made them to be so.
Of course there'll still be Nobodies, so long as there are strong hearts being turned into Heartless.
Now, whether or not there'll be any more human-shaped Nobodies is debatable. I don't think there would be and at the very least, I hope that there won't be any more human-shaped Nobodies.

Im Pretty Sure That Nobodies Will Still Roam In All The Worlds Because The Organization Were Just Powerful Nobodies That Controlled Them Because They Had Greater Power. If Heartless Still Exsist Then Nobodies Have To. Just Because 13 Nobodies Were Destroyed Cant Possibly Mean That ALL Nobodies Are Wiped Out After That.
Since heartless still exist. Theres a chance that a person with a strong heart could still lose their heart creating a nobody and quite possibly a strong one with a human form. And whose to say thay won't come together to form a new organization? Nobodies do have a the ability to plan and reason and there is strength in numbers.
I wouldn't be so sure, just yet.
Again all nobodies are able to plan and reason. Sora went and killed thier leaders and took their possible chances of being whole again when the KH was destoryed. They still have reason to see Sora and Co. as enemies. Now they may not be quite as organizated as they were under the control of Xemnas, but a return is still likey. So long heartless exist so will nobodies.

Just because Organization XIII is destroyed doesn't necessarily mean all Nobodies, or even the ones linked to specific members, would be destroyed. Chances are those that had their leader killed just metamophasised into another form of Nobody.
