The biggest mystery from an older title is just how the shit did Geppetto's house get there in Traverse Town? There's just NO WAY unless Merlin poofed it there with magic. I WANT A CUTSCENE OF THAT.

I never thought I would become this interested in Re: Coded. The main draw for me was the other two titles but... three hours you say? Two of which is new you say? Yasue my man, you had my interest... now you have my attention.

I'm mostly excited about that scene that will be the bridge to DDD.
However I don't want to get hyped much because they haven't said anything about what will they do with DDD. Really hoping there is a "remixing" of sorts.

Why should I be excited about PS4 versions when I already have the PS3 ones?
In terms of content there won't be much of a difference.
The PS4 versions would only be interesting for those who do not have a PS3 and plan to get a PS4 for KH 3 (or already have a PS4 and not yet bought the remaster).

Nope, you're not the only one, since I don't have a PS3 and PS4 remixes are the only way I'll get to play them! But I don't want to get my hopes up too soon... I wonder if he would have mentioned it if the interviewer hadn't asked.

I've been saying that I think that they're going to eventually put them on PS4, and possibly also X1. If for no other reason than to have a 2015 game to fill the gap before KH3 to keep their annualized schedule going. However, I'm 100% certain they won't announce a "Complete HD Remix" (Or whatever they decide to call it) until well after the game launches. They don't want to cannibalize ps3 sales. But yeah, I'm sure they're going to want to get these games in as many peoples' hands before KH3 launches and since the games are considered fairly cheap to make anyways it wouldn't take much to just improve the resolution/frame rate.

That's why there's the occasional game that looks really really good, like Uncharted 3, because it runs at full 1080p and 60fps. Kingdom Hearts 1.5 already is in full 1080p, hence why it looks ridiculously good. I don't recall if it was running at 60fps, but if not, that'd probably be the only difference between the PS3 and PS4 versions of the collections. So, personally, I'd stick to the PS3 versions, unless a day comes where I for some reason decide to sell my PS3, but want to still play 1.5 and 2.5 and buy those versions.

This was probably the most exciting KH news to come out of E3 for me.
One of the most interesting aspects of Coded was the flashbacks to things from KH1 that Sora hadn't been present for (Riku meeting Ansem, Riku and Kairi on Big Ben, etc). I'm hoping that we get more things like that which will further help to connect the mysteries of the series leading up to DDD.

I can't think of where I saw it done really well unfortunately.

I haven`t played Re:Coded, but a scene like this was there? Very interesting. Is it because of this why Riku sees his darkness in Monstro? His dark side could have worn his KH1 outfit, but the Organization XIII cloak makes me think it wasn`t just his mind playing tricks.

There's several scenes like this including Pluto running off into a Dark Corridor and Riku on Neverland Clock Tower with a comatose Kairi.

I kind of regret now that I haven`t played Re:Coded. I have watched the Castel Oblivion part but it seems I have missed some very interesting moments. I have to ask one more thing about Coded which I have thought for quiet some time now. During Coded Sora learns how to cope with the memories of the tormented ones, right? So in DDD there is this scene with Roxas where he pours all his memories in to Sora`s head. Without the events of Re:Coded would Sora have survive the crushing weight of Roxas painful memories and grief?
